My Overall staying at this property experience is pleasant however you can’t benefit from the property amenities because of pandemic like pool is closed etc. staff are polite helpful. Food quality is above average, drinks are extremely expensive so you should bring your own drink. Cleanliness is good. Couldn’t use the hair dryer because couldn’t plug in the hair to wall power outlet.

The staff were very attentive and they were willing to go above and beyond to making sure a pleasant stay for us. We simply couldn’t ask for more! Big kudos to the team! The location of the hotel is very good as it is only 5 mins uber ride from the Dubai Mall. The service apartment shares the same complex as the Ritz Carlton hotel so we were also allowed to use the gym facilitates at the hotel side which is also a big plus point. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back if we ever visit Dubai again. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience here at the ritz Carlton. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodated all our needs. Housekeeper did an amazing job cleaning the rooms and providing us with whatever we needed. Only thing is I wish Breakfast was included in our package.

The hotel was fiull, and I was proposed the executive apartments. The room was a two bedroom, large, well furnished, the sitting room serves well as an office and a venue for business meetings. I had access to all the hotel facilities, which are exquisite.

Amazing Stay. Superb Staff!
This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful. Mustafa at the front desk was helpful. The concierge, Nixon, was amazing. Even sent treats to our room and a card wishing us great times on our excursions. The pool staff became like family. Each day they gave my 6 year old popsicles. On our last night there they brought him down a box to our room and said goodbye. Upon leaving we were given waters for the ride and my toddler was given a t-shirt. We felt as though we were leaving family. I will stay at the Ritz Carlton DIFC each time I visit Dubai. There was not one bad thing to say!
