“clean but no frills”
The "free" breakfast was horrible. Although the hotel was clean, nothing about it would convince me to return. I guess you get what you pay for
“I wouldnt go back again”
You get what you pay for. But make sure this is a very low level quality and service. Breakfast is poor, service poor, staff unexperienced and no stocks of towels and etc.
“Not impressed.”
The hotel is located close to the Convention Center which is handy for business travellers. The rooms are spacious. The sheets on the bed were very worn out, old pillows, rugs were dirty, dusty room. Difficult to find a cab in this area. Across the hotel there is a mosque. They pray everyday at 5:30 am and loud.

The hotel has good location , (if the loud prayers from the mosque across the streat don't bother you). The apartments are spacious (kitchen, living room, 1,5 BR, king size bed).But it was far from being clean. There were roaches in bathroom and floors were not vacuumed for days. The staff was trying to be nice, but we did not get a wake up call (sorry madam, we forgot) and we had to call twice (in 8 day stay) to ask for towels, they forgot to leave them. We didn't even dare to use swimming pool, when we saw that the plastic chairs had a thick layer of dark dirt...
“Worst Hotel I've EVER Stayed IN”
They had one hotel cleaner for a 2 block radius of hotels. At no time were towels available. We asked the front desk to come up to clean our room as we had been given a dirty room upon arrival. We called down to the front desk for exactly 2hrs and 47 min before they sent up AN ELECTRICIAN to answer our inquiries. There was no pillow cases on our pillows, the floor was a nasty sandy mess, there were stains ALL over the furniture, 80% of the lights in the hotel apartment were blown out, the washer and dryer did NOT work, and the whole 3 days we were there the maid NEVER cleaned our room.The hotel manager argued with us when we asked to be placed somewhere else, argued when we showed him all the problems with the room telling us the building was MADE like this!!! The "breakfast" the hotel prepares is terrible, no wonder its free. They serve it in a bug infested closet where the cook was the same person that changed our hotel light bulbs. I never saw a hair net, gloves or napkins for that matter. Needless to say we didn't eat there. I was outraged by what we had to deal with.
“Would definitively stay again!”
The hotel overall was great with such high ceilings. It seemed noble, also with its beautiful cords around the curtains. Therefore it was surprising to not have enough towels (no hand towels at all), and my husband and I had no pillow cases (our sons did). The breakfast room and breakfast itself seemed below the standard of the hotel. But I would definitively stay at the hotel again!

For the price I paid I guess this was ok but you better be very tolerant. You also better love the daily prayers from the mosque.
“This is an apartment hotel”
This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in due to it being an apartment type hotel... The pool on the roof was especially fun. All staff very nice and helpful.
