“Great Hotel in Dubai”

Food was a little pricey, but it IS a 4 star hotel after all. Concierge desk was a HUGE help on our vacation! Overall a fantastic place to stay when visiting Dubai. About 2 blocks from the Dubai Mall, but the mall is not designed for walking into, take a cab.

“Amazing Service”

Thi hotel was amazing the staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble and they did not seem to do it to get tips but actually wanted to be warm and friendly. the location is mostly still under constuction the Dubai Mall is being made nearby so in a few years the area will be booming. The food was delicious with 3 places to eat in the hotel. Getting taxis and information was very easy if they did no know the answer straight away they would definately call back. I would certinly stay there again

“Beyond our expectations!”

This hotel was faultless. Words cant explain how good the service was, if I went back to Dubai I would stay here again. It was so clean, room service twice a day, everything wa perfect. The staff were the nicest I have ever experienced, and they provided a free shuttle bus to beach and locally. The perfect holiday

“I liked it”

I was in Jeddah and a friend helped me look through the Expeia listings for Dubai. She said that she had heard good things about the Al Manzil so I said 'fine.' And indeed it worked out more than 'fine.' Clean, well-designed hotel with some funny touches -- I had a tub out in the middle of the room -- (There was also a shower.) -- which made the place feel very resorty. Buffet lunches in "Conservatory' were very good -- especially the duck Concierge very helpful in arranging tours. Had a great time and would go back in a heart-beat.

“Well worth every penny”

Extremely comfortable, clean rooms with very pleasant staff. Hotel service exceptional. Variety of eating facilities with nice food. Close to the Dubai mall, and beautiful views of the Burj Kalifa.

“Great hotel and location”

Excellent location and hotel services, spa is not available Distinctive calm, and proximity to the Khalifa Tower, Dubai Mall The staff was wonderful & helpful I highly recommend everyone try this hotel

“Wish I was there now”

The facilities of the hotel were excellent. The hotel staff were attentive and courteous.I liked the pool. It was great having a mall within the complex that has a fully stocked grocery store.

“Great new Spot in Dubai”

This hotel was great -- the rooms are interestingly designed, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Free internet is a boon. The staff are quite helpful -- they even give you a nice, cool glass of fruit juice while you are standing at the checkin counter. The only negative aspect of the place is that it is in a part of the city that is still quite under construction. There isn't a lot to do in this neighborhood yet, and you really have to drive or take a taxi to get anywhere interesting. I imagine that the neighborhood will be very nice in 2008 or 2009 when more of the buildings are complete. But for now, this is a more moderately priced, but extremely nice place to stay in order to go to other parts of the city.

“Delightfully stylish and good location”

Everything is beautifully designed in this hotel. The room is perfect for a romantic weekend: tasteful contemporary decor with a few traditional Arabic touches, excellent bed, relaxing lighting and ingenious in-room bath. Tip: you can swivel the television screen to watch your favorite movie from the bathtub. The rooms offer free and fast internet access. The staff are very friendly and efficient. All in all, it was a memorable stay I'm looking forward to renew.

“Location...Service...Price!”

Had good experience. Hotel location in Downtown Dubai. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. (Across the road). Had a 24 hour cafe plus a Starbucks. (for all the coffee lovers). Also featured a fitness/health centre. Taxi's readily available at the front of the hotel (cheap fares too!). Complimentary shuttle bus to some attractions e.g. Mall of Emirates, Business/Financial centres, Jumeriah beach. Very friendly staff who assist you with any concerns/questions. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel (decent price too!).
