The hotel was beautiful, and beautifully decorate for Christmas. The staff was delightful and the room was perfect. The location was perfect for all the sights we wanted to see.

“Great Location”

I stayed for 8 days, the customer service of the hotel was excellent, the staff put an extra effort to assist you in whatever way possible. Rooms are small, but the services and restaurants make up for it. And the double Decker bar is an excellent place to relax and have a cocktail..

“A gem”

Good value for money. A truly 5 star hotel. Our only problem was been given a room on a "smoking floor". This was not what we wanted. There were no other rooms of a similar size available, but despite this, housekeeping did everything possible to remove any residual smoke from our room. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help.

“Nothing Spectacular”

We stayed at the Murooj for 2 nights, and it was a fairly nice stay. The pools were dried out except for one, and the room service took FOREVER to bring us our food and drinks. The buffet breakfast that was included with our room was very limited, and the chefs hardly understood english, as well as had a bad attitude when you asked them for something. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but you could get better for the price you are paying somewhere else.

“An OK hotel”

Stayed here in october, hotel is very nice looking, very clean and staff are very good. But got the feeling that you were not in a holiday hotel, this is definatley a business users hotel we stayed in a club room and it was ok, i dont advise anyone to have the eggs for breakfast! got really ill. And the Pool goes out from the sun about 4pm. over all the hotel was nice but i would rate it as "one of the worlds Best hotels" I asked for a birthday cake to be arranged when i arrived for my girlfiend as a suprise, and they could'nt even remember to do that!!

“Good place to stay”

Hotel is brand new one, situated in walking distance to Dubai Mall. Hotel services are perfect. When building works arounf te hotel are finished it will be a good place to stay.
