“Not impressed”

“Bad Customer Service”

Hotel has been refurbished so rooms are in good shape. The customer service is terrible, the front desk staff needs retraining or replaced. They do not listen to your concerns, not respectful to their customers. It is a non smoking hotel but everyone smokes and the staff does nothing about it, if you have a problem with smoking you will have a problem.
