My spouse and i have experienced the most extraordinary service ever expected. It was the best 2 days in Dubai, The staff at Burj Al Arab was above and beyond our imagination of godd customer service. One really get their monies worth staying at this magnificent hotel. It's was a once in a lifetime experience we will never forget. We both plan to definitely go back.
“Bucket List Hotel Stay”
The Burj Al Arab lives up to the hipe! Its glitz and glamour but honestly not worth the money for the nights stay. Its over the top with the service which for some is probably nice but we found the constant attention to be a bit annoying. We had a meal in the Al Munhata restaraunt on the top floor and must say the price compared to quality was out of sync. The food was good but not as good as the associated price. All in all it was one of those things that if you have the opportunity to do and want to go then you should but you can get similar luxury for much less money.

“Bucket List Moment”
I had 2 days in Dubai, and decided to go for it and stay at the Burj Al Arab as one of those 'bucket list" items- and I wasnt disappointed. It was amazing from the moment you drive up to the hotel across the private bridge. The staff were extremely accomodating, and considering my sister,her kids and I were awestruck and giddy, very understanding and gracious. You get your own floor concerage and butler, each room is a 2 floor suite, and the breakfast buffet included in the price was amazing! The kids loved the outdoor pool, and next time, if ever, I would do the hotel restaurant on the 26th floor. We even saw a former us president as a vip guest there! Deserves the 7 star rating

Overall, I was impressed with the hotel. I only have one negative comment, and that is that the food and drinks were extremely overpriced. In some cases, it was incomprehensible.
