“Good clean and value for money hotel”

Although recently opened and the surrounding areas are not yet finished, we found the hotel clean and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was a good size and well furnished although we did have to move dressing table to be able to plug in kettle etc. Hairdryer in bathroom was very basic so take your own! Would recommend especially when metro station opens nearby to make it easier to travel around the city.

“Convenient and comfortable”

Clean, spacious and very comfortable rooms with good facilities throughout the hotel from the swimming pool to the restaurants which is also conveniently located next to the metro. The only reservation noted was the noise of music coming from the night club

“Good hotel - but still in the middle of a building site !”

New hotel - opened in June 2009 - which has very comfortable, well appointed, rooms. Excellent value for money. The English Pub is just that with numerous tv screens to watch sports and a basic bar menu. No complaints !

“Good value for money”

The Hotel is new and clean. It has excellent British Pub at ground level. Staff was very helpful. Location is not good surrounded by constructions with no leisure activities within walking distance.

Great hotel if you want to be out of the city. Since reason for being there was an event at Media City, location was perfect and suited us fine. And since we are well aware of Dubai and location of everything, getting around to us, was never an issue!

We really enjoyed our 1st trip together as husband and wife in Dubai. Expedia was a wanderful idea in putting the trip together for us! The Desert Safari was so much fun! We would recommend this to anyone who is out-doorsy and courageous! The hotel was nice & the staff was pleasant as well. Thanks Expedia!

Hotel is new, the location is good for both business and pleasure, hotel should have shutlle services to the mall and Metro station.

I am Frequently in Dubai and staying in different hotels.hotel Byblos is a good 4 star hotel . It is located in walking proximity to Metro which makes easy and cheap access to different areas of Dubai. The biggest plus is its very competitive pricing.

“Clean but Noisey”

The Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is very good, We stayed on the 4th Floor and on almost everynight we were woken up by the noise coming from the night club on the 16th floor ( Yes the 16th floor ) I rang to reception to ask them to lower the noise everynight and it didnt do any good it kept on until 3.00am in the morning. I cannot even think to image what the noise would of been like on the high floor numbers. we stayed from the 14th till the 19th March - 2012 - Paul - Merseyside - England - UK
