“Great place to layover in Dubai or longer stay”

Across the street from a large mall. Very nice room, I had a suite with a kitchenette, living room and bed room. Hotel staff was great. Only drawback was no bar in or with the restaurant. Easy walk next door, if you are so inclined.

“City center location”

This hotel is situated right near the city center and the metro. We utelized both. Kitchen is great for cooking breakfast if you are a late riser and can't make it down for hotel breakfast. Note that there is a stovetop, but NO oven in the room. Don't expect to bake muffins. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Used it for a 7 day stay. We were happy with the hotel.

“Good apartment style hotel close”

Convenient location (shopping, airport, Deira business district), good place to stay for prolonged period as rooms are huge with kitchens. Shower wasn't great and faucet leaked, but wasn't too bad. I would stay again.

“Not a real 5 star hotel”

I recently stayed at city seasons suite and it is in a great location if you do not have a vehicle the city center mall is directly across the street. My hot water was not working and I had to ask several times for someone to come fix it which never happened so I had to demand they put me in a different room. Once in that room I had a microwave that didn't work which took another series of calls before that was working. The bedroom had an old CRT television that brought down the whole look of the room. Overall it was okay I guess but nothing 5 star about it as the waitress was killing flies with a electric fly swatter during breakfast.

“Will not go back”

I made it to City Seasons Suites at 2:30pm. I was told the room will be ready at 3pm. I did not get the key for my room until 4:10pm. When I got the key, no one cared to show me to my room and to tell me anything about the room. Anyways I had a little cold. Got into the room and took medicine then took a nice nap. That evening I called the front desk to get me my registration number to access the room internet. Registration key to login did not work. Called the front desk for help with internet access. She said she will send someone up to the room to assist. More than 20mins went by and still no one. I called the front desk again. She kept me on hold which eventually looped me back to the front desks phone and repeatedly told me that she called for service already. I told her I know she did her job but still no one has came to assist with the issue. She did NOT take me seriously until I requested to talk to the floor manager. I told her that I have multiple issues to complain about and I didn't think the situation was funny at all. She stopped laughing and immediately sent for assistance. I never spoke w the manager. I let it go. I will never return here to City Seasons Suites. In my opinion, they didn't want me to return. At least this is the way they treated me. I've never been treated this way even in a 2 or 3 star hotel. I should have just gone back to Le meridian 5*. I know now since I visit Dubai approximately 8 times yearly. I've never complained much, this is 1st time
