if you have children here then please check regarding the extra bed as there wasnt one for our 15yr old until we got there and complained, and our settee was changed for a bed settee, the staff were extremly helpful though and the appartment was of a high standard with washing machine fridge, microwave iron hair dryer etc. the only down side was the spa area as the outside temp in febuary led yoi to want to use the pool which was like ice and was told that in the high season it was usable, also we had to notify them when we wanted to use the sauna and steam room and then wait for them to put them on but otherwise we were very happy with the hotel , plenty of room and the lounge and dining area in yoiur suite was of a high standard and comfortable, in walking distance of the emerate mall where you can enjoy shopping or skiing and snow boarding this mall is open from 10am until midnight. the surrounding area is quiet at night .will return to this hotel again as overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

“the weddin party”

We had an Ambassodore suit, it was extremely large and spacious, which was great as there were 5 of us, and at no point did any of us get under each others feet,with 2 bathrooms and a toilet,a large kitchen and very large dinining and living area we were very pleased, there was also plenty of outside space with 2 very large verandas,ad to that that all rooms apart from the kitchen afforded large flat screen TV,s. It all made our stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is also situated in a very good area 5 mins walk from the mall of the emerates,and is surrounded by plenty of small cheap supermarkets, or 10 minutes away is the massive LULU,s where you can do a large family shop should you so wish,there is also a varied array of local eateries serving all manor of foods from all nations at a fraction of the price you would pay at the more touristy places and of equal quality,in most cases. Altogether a great value hotel in a handy location to get to all the local areas and attractions.!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel, would definatly go back and stay there again! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean.Was close to most places.

Large comfortable rooms, nicely furnished but need better lighting in some of them. Good apartotel for the price/location, but it can double overnight and that makes it way overpriced

Hotel is modern and clean. The location is good and the in-house facilities such as the gym are good. The only negative is a costly and poor quality breakfast. Also ensure that older children are included in the upfront cost as the hotel tried to charge us extra for our 15 year old even though we noted the age in our Expedia enquiry.
