“Crowne Plaza Dubai worth the stay”
As always, staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location was within driving distance of all the areas we wanted to explore, whether by taxi or hotel shuttle. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves a great deal. My only complaint was the lack of transportation to greet us at the airport. However upon our departure transportation was made available.

“Dubai for the Expatriot”
A very pleasant experience, the staff was very friendly, greeted me promptly upon my arrival and was attentive to my needs during my stay. Due to airlines being how they are, I had to stay and extra day, the staff was very accomodating and ready to assist me with continuing my travel as soon as possible. As for the hotel itself, the location was great, good restaraunts were close by, the metro was across the street, taxies were very availible. The room was very clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with the necessary items. I would have no issues referring my friends to this hotel.
“Home away from home”
Been going to the Crowne on SZR for about a year now. Always a fantastic experience. Excellent customer service, great restaurants, and great location. All around great value. Will continue to stay here for weekend excusions in Dubai.

“Great Business Hotel”
The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport and close to major attractions such as the Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates and Burj Khalifa. There are numerous food joints within a 5 minute walking radius of the hotel including numerous night clubs. The hotel itself has two nightclubs which are very lively. The staff is friendly, has various restaurants - Local, Italian, American and a multi-cuisien outfit as well. Overall highly recommended for business travel.
“Business trip; conference hotel”
Very good hotel for the purpose of attending a business conference on site. Complaints about expensive Internet and booze are a reflection of U.A.E., not the hotel. One oddity is the lack of an alarm clock in the room. Wake up call worked fine, but makes you nervous to rely on it.
“Great Place to Stay”
This hotel is very nice and clean. It had several restaurants and a club that was very lively. The best part was that it is attached to a mall area that included shops, Friday's and a great supermarket. The service is excellent (Tahir and Khalid paid very close attention to our group). They have wifi. The concierge will coordinate your tours for you. The breakfast bufeet is a bit pricey but there is a small coffee shop that will suffice. Every destination is no longer that a 15 minute ride from the hotel. Highly recommended.
“Highly Recommeded Hotel.”
The staff were pleasnat and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me retrieve a lost item in the taxi that brought me from the airport to the hotel.
“Great location but dated room”
Convenient location for my business needs. My room (1509) was large but needs to be refurbished! Decent club (Zinc) downstairs. Didn't eat at any of the restaurants.
