“A pleasant stay”

Location of hotel and room size is superb. However structure of Hotel, (Having to go up an elevator to reach hotel), and buffet is a drawback. Yet if You are there targeting bar dubai, then its an "ok" hotel, given the hotel rates in Shk Zayid road.

I can't really fault the inside of the hotel, service was good, rooms were well maintained and there was a large choice of bars and restaurants.. The only thing to spoil my stay was the pool and the food and beverages available at the pool bar. To start with I think the description pool bar is being generous, there was an area where you could buy cans and water. The food was the most disappointing however, no light snacks and the majority of the menu was pizza, pasta and french fries. No salads & the only sandwich being a turkey club. Also in December when I visited at 2pm everyday the sun disappeared behind one of the other high rise buildings so sunbathing was finished for the day. I did ask if the hotel had an arrangement with the other Crowne Plaza in Dubai to use their facilities but was advised they did not.

very nice area , near by dubai Mall which is a must seen place, easy to find a taxi, not so far from the airport only 20 min max and wont cost more that 40 AED.

The Crowne Plaza Dubai it's a very nice hotel, with an excellent cost-benefit. The italian restaurant inside the lobby is very, very good. The room is very clean, good bed and good shower.

wasnt as i espected, wouldnt stay they again and hence wont recommended. there are a lot of newer and better hotels in Dubai.

Location is near the airport and closer to Dubai Mall which makes it quite convienient. Metro railroad is closeby and makes travel to the mall and other places much easier and cheaper.

good location, but old hotel and unfriendly receptionist. Hotel furniture are old; bathroom needs upgrade receptionist was not very friendly during check-in and was not willing to help when we asked for internet assistance. Overall, not recommend for the price they charge.
