“Very nice hotel”

Stayed for 5 nights, nothing bad to say about my trip. Newt to Festival City Mall, close to the airport, far from the city.

“Fabulous hotel - Excellent creek location very near airport”

The hotel was very luxurious from the outset with service to match. It is situated less than 10 mins away from the airport making it the ideal choice for short stop overs. It is also twinned with the Intercontinental hotel next door. The marina resort is home to a huge mall with many restaurants although we preferred the Belgian Cafe in our hotel that offered a good range of food and Contentential European beers. One dissapointment was the main hotel restaurant. The breakfast was of mediocre quality and vastly overpriced. We choose a simple and well priced Costa Coffee for breakfast. The superior room was average in size but perfectly adequate for our needs. The bathroom also feature a gimmicky glass window to look at from into the room. There is a blind that can be lowered however for privacy. There is a nice sized pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for those wishing to brave the heat!

Me and my wife absolutely loved this hotel... I would say that this hotel should be 7 start instead of 5! One of the best customer services and the cleanest hotel in the world! no joke! I travel a lot!

“An excellent choice”

At check in front desk staff tried to sell updates. However, the accomodations and staff were excemplary. It was an awsome place to stay. Would return AGAIN.

“Great hotel!”

We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely come back for a longer stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, our 2 little kids got lots of attention (and were able to eat free), the location is terrific for shopping at Festival City (a great mall) and our room was extremely comfortable and large enough to fit a baby bed for my youngest.

“I wil definately go back”

I was in dubai for 4 days and was the best days of comforty I ever had. the hotel is close to a shopping mall, movie theatre and close to all attractions area. I will always stay in this hotel while in dubai
