“Very convenient location.”

It was better than expected. The room was ultra modern featuring the latest facilities. It was so relaxing & a great way to easily get to our next flight in the morning that was within walking distance of our room. Highly recommend this accommodation especially if your in transit waiting for your next flight.

“Absolutely the Best Possible Option Within the Limitation”

It's clean and nicely appointed catering for "comfort and modern/practical needs". It is a very comfortable spot for a lay-over or a "nap-between-flights", even with a touch of luxury (but not necessarily elegance). The neighborhood is the only "neutral" element - after all, it's the int'l airport terminal, so it's tacky that way but very safe and convenient.

“Royal Club is worth it!”

I stayed in the hotel for three nights. I stayed on one of the Royal Club floors and therefore had access to the private rooms on the 10th floor for lunch, tea and cocktails. The service throughout the hotel, but particularly on the 10th floor, was simply outstanding. My room was modern, spotlessly clean and well appointed. We'd definitely go back!

“Excellent choice for long airport waiting times”

The hotel is inside the airport itself, by gate 117 of Terminal 1. For travellers, as was my case, having to spend many hours awaiting my next flight, and coming from an uncomfortable long trip from Afghanistan, it was the ideal place to have a very good rest before continuing flying. There were many other options just outside the airport or a few miles away, but only this hotel offered the possibility to remain inside the airport without having to bother with the Dubai traffic, in order to be back at the airport for the next flight. All the instalations of the hotel are excellent and so is the service.

“Comfortable Convenience”

We stayed at this hotel in terminal three on two different occasions when we had a long layover at the Dubai airport between flights. I wish more airports had such a convenient setup: you do not have to exit the hotel as the hotel is located in the terminal itself, and there is no need to pick up your checked bags, as you are considered to be in transit. The room is quiet, spacious, modern and comfortable with many complimentary amenities: soaps, shampoos, conditioners, razor, dental kit, bathrobes, fresh flowers, fresh fruit, water, coffee, tea, great bathroom, comfortable bed and wake up call. We only woke up 25 minutes before boarding. We showered and walked 3 minutes to our gate. This sure beats trying to catch a few hours of sleep on airport chairs/benches! I overheard at check-out that you can also rent a room by the hour if you have a very short layover and really crave a bed and shower. We chose the normal overnight rate as we were there for about 7 hours. The rate is not cheap but I would do it again in an instant as the quality was very high and the convenience was invaluable. I could see that perhaps some people might complain that the sofa and carpet had a few noticeable stains but with such high turnover in clients in an airport setting I think this is to be expected. This is not the place to stay if you wish to visit the city of Dubai; it is an upscale in-transit hotel.

“Ideal in and out”

Perfect set up for a quck turn from Dubai- bags are checked for your flight when you arrive, good clean rooms, quiet, access to all of the Dubai Duty free, and the restaurants and bars. Only downside was the internet service is very slow, but free. Will definitely stay here again.

“an aiport hotel, a great idea.”

Excellent idea and convenient way to spend the waiting time in a busy airport. The hotel is situated in the transit area of the airport above the duty free shops. It provides everything you need for a comfortable night. The room was big, pleasant, with comfortable bed. Even bottled water and fruits were provided for us. Free internet service. Perhaps the drinks in the bar were on the axpensive side. You could see the aeroplanes from the window. All you have to do is take the lift down and you are in the departure gates for the next flight. Highly recommended for travellers with low level of fitness for long trips.

“Good airport hotel”

Very convenient if you are transiting through Dubai and have a prolonged time between flights. The room was quiet and comfortable and being able to walk to the gate was great. We were at the opposite end of the hotel from out arrival and departure gates, but not sure if they have any way of knowing that. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Would definately do the same thing again.
