This hotel is very convenient for travelers connecting inside terminal 3 at DXB. It was clean and refreshing...just what you need after being in the plane for 13 hours. They provided free wifi and a few bottles of water.

“Connecting flights”

We stayed 10 hours connecting flights. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is perfect, few minutes walk from the gate and right above the duty free. It's more than we expected for an airport hotel.

“Great travel break hotel”

We book into the Dubai International hotel each time we have a long haul flight from Europe. We get a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed, and catch the connecting flight in the morning. We arrive at our destination fresh and it also assists the jet lag. We wouldn't do it any other way now. The hotel is comfortable and has everything we require. The staff are proficient and professional. We also have access to the airport restaurants and vast shopping if we have the urge. I definately recommend it to break up long haul journeys.

Excellent hotel. Greeted by hotel staff coming off Emirates flight. Friendly and efficient check-in. More than adequate room - spacious, clean, comfortable and traveller friendly. Very convenient stay for connecting flight the following morning.

“Great hotel between long flights”

We always stay here on our way to UK as neither my 7yo daughter or I sleep very well on planes. Staying here breaks up the long flights and has always been a good experience. The service is quick and professional and the rooms comfy and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. On our return flight, we were met by a hotel representative as we got off the plane and he took us straight through security and directly to the hotel, so no lining up to get to the transit area. This was great as we only had a 10 hour stopover. The only problem I had, the first time I stayed here was finding the hotel as there is little signage and the airport staff all thought I wanted a hotel outside of the airport. There is only minimal noise from the airport and if you have a short stopover between flights it's ideal as you don't have to leave the airport. We usually arrive in UK refreshed and ready to go with no jet lag. I would recommend this hotel to travellers on long-haul flights who want a break between flights.

“If you can't sleep there is all night duty free”

The hotel was pricey for my budget, but what a luxury to get off a 16 hour flight and straight into a hot shower. It was clean and well appointed. It was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful. When jet lag prevented us from falling straight to sleep we went downstairs and wandered thru the airport's excellent duty free shops til 2am. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I am finicky about beds and bedding. The next morning we woke up an hour before boarding time and had plenty of time to spare to enjoy a coffee and croissant. I'll definitely use the hotel again and highly recommend it.
