“Typical 5* Hotel”

The hotel is in a very good condition, clean rooms, good service, quiet, good air conditioning, spacious rooms, complimentary water, daily news paper, good house keeping, good location (near The Dubai Mall), restaurants and stores around, 1 km to Metro station. The only thing I consider negative was the free internet, it was fast but you can't browse facebook messages, expedia search engine (you can view the site but stops when you click search).

The mall of emirates, the dubai mall, dragon mart, ibn Batuta mall, Wafi mall, burjman mall, outlet mall, city center mall, global village, the JBR walk, marina, safari tour.

“5* facilities but 4* room”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and suitable for a family, but not up to 5* standards of presentation - dark and definitely in need of a makeover, and a few more cups and plates would have been good too. That said the hotel amenities (swimming pool and gym particularly, deli, courtesy bus to mall) are nice and staff helpful, and location close to railway is useful for getting to other parts of town if (like me) you find dubai taxi driving scary!

“Great hotel”

“Dusit Thani a very good choice when staying in Dubai”

The hotel is great if you are going to be in the Business area of Dubai, the Dubai mall is very close and you can get a room with a good view of the Burj Khalifa. The biggest annoyance of staying at this hotel was the construction on all sides of the hotel, and they the construction has been there for over a year. There is only ONE direction that you can enter the hotel, so if you are coming from the other direction, you have to take an inappropriate u-turn on some other property near by to turn back and go to the hotel. The service and hospitality at the hotel was great, every one there was very helpful and always smiling. I would stay in this hotel again if I had the chance :)

“Great value for money - convenient location - no noise from main road traffic”

After the chaos of Cairo, the orderly structure of Dubai and the Dusit Thani Hotel was welcome. Beautiful facilities, tranquil environment and helpful staff as well as the convenient Cafe/Coffee shop in Foyer was welcome. Would stay there again when visitng Dubai

Shiek Zayed Road is convenient to everything including Monorail (Metro) which enables cheap easy access to Dubai Mail, Burj Kalifa as well as Mall of the Emirates.

“Dubai Hotel”

I was very happy with my stay at the Dusit. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and extremely polite. I was with my husband and we booked a one bedroom suite...the larger one, and it was spacious, clean and very relaxing. We were visiting Dubai for a wedding, and we enjoyed entertaining friends/family in our adjacent living area. Everybody was very courteous and attentive to our needs...Thank you!

“Good Hotel, Hope road construction finishes soon”

Stayed with my family of four adults and enjoyed our time at Dusit Thanit. Location is excellent, and getting in and out is not a problem as taxis are available and the metro station is just a couple of blocks away.

“Beautiful hotel, great service”

New and modern hotel with a beautful eastern decor. Service, especially from the concierge, was excellent. In a good area of Dubai, except that right now it is currently under construction. Would definitely stay there again.
