Had an enjoyable time...very nice check in welcome and attractive offer to upgrade to suite on executive floor with access to next door club .Very good service except lack of laundry on friday, surprising no spa .

“Beautiful hotel, great service”

New and modern hotel with a beautful eastern decor. Service, especially from the concierge, was excellent. In a good area of Dubai, except that right now it is currently under construction. Would definitely stay there again.

“Internet connection”

Everything was perfect,except they could put wireless wifi instead of wired internt connection which is placed by the couch with no table. By the way internet usage is free of any charges... A big plus these days.

As soon as we opened the door, we LOVED our room. It was more like an apartment with a huge living room, kitchen and big bedroom and bathroom. It was immaculately clean and had a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa. THe location is excellent - few minutes walk to the metro and a few minutes away from the Dubai Mall. Staff were very nice too. Excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.

This was a very good place to stay. Comfotable, clean, terrific staff and wonderful service, very good restaurants and coffee shop. I loved it.

“Impressive Hotel”

Everything about this hotel was great! The one minor exception is that it is located on the border to a slight shady part of town but once you are inside the property, its like a different world. I really enjoyed its immense size and modern amenities. Will definitely go back.

“Thai Inspiration”

I booked a club room and found the service impeccable. Good choice of restaurants ranging from a 24 hr deli to Thai a la carte. Prices were cheaper than in 5 star hotels in Jumeira Beach and the Marina.The extra rate for a club floor room was worth it, with free internet, snacks and drinks in the club lounge throughout the day and a personalised service. Location is more business oriented than for family holidays but taxis are plentiful and reasonable. The metro station (DIFC) is a short walk away. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are about 15 mins walk although the route can be a little hazardous as this part is still being developed. Very good averall value for money compared with neighboring hotels, e.g. The Address and Shangri La.

What a great hotel the staff where the best could not be beat all thai could not do more for u!!. Every time i left my room and come back it had been cleaned to a first class standard.A must go to hotel really!!!!
