“Really Great Place to Stay”

Location was fantastic, right by the Metro. Cheapest way to go around Dubia. Get a day ticket, cost about £1-50, really good views of Dubia. We stayed for 5 nights, Good check in, 5 lifts/elevators, had to wait a couple of minutes for one to turn up on some occasions. The room was really good, nice and spacious, fridge, safe, kettle hair dryer, washing machine, cooking facilities etc. The bedding and towels were changed every day. The hotel had 47 floors, and from the roof where the swimming pool is. You can look and see the Burj Khalifa ,the tallest building in the world which made the hotel look small.!! Although it was at least a mile away. Swimming pool was small and it was full of children most of the time. There were sun beds and areas made into private quarters with a television to watch on the roof. The breakfast was good which came in with my package, the evening meal we had in the hotel which was a buffet was very reasonable priced and plenty to choose from. One downer for me was the Hotel did not serve any alcohol, which was a shame not having a drink with dinner. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back and stay again.

“Would stay again when in Dubia at the same room rate”

Location is a big plus for this Hotel, 15min walk to Dubai Mall,metro station 2min walk On main road but with 50 floors no street sound. If taking a taxi dont ask for the Iberoted hotel use Emirates Grand Hotel We stayed to use the pool but it was not in use the two days we stayed

“Clean and Nice location”

Good location, clean room and friendly staff. I originally booked double room but when I arrived there were non available and then I was upgraded to suite. You get a nice view from the swimming pool which is on the top of the building. Good Management and only minutes away from metro tube

“Overall a good experience”

My wife and i enjoyed the stay in this hotel to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. We had pleasent exprience of our stay .the hotel location was excelent only 50 metres to explore the city. The breakfast was of high quality with lot of choice. I may come again to stay here.

“no complaints”

We were concerned after reading some comments on Trip advisor but were very happy with the hotel and could find very little to complain about. Yes, sometimes we had to wait a while for a lift but as the hotel was very busy it was only to be expected. The staff were polite and attentive in the restaurant and we never had to wait to be served.

“OK but will look elsewhere next time”

The hotel and the room looked really good, but there was something strange with the electrical controls in the room. There appeared to be no way to turn off the lights in the hallway. So to be able to sleep I turned off a fuse in the electrical switchbox (which did the job, but I don't suppose this is the way it's supposed to work). The 500 AED deposit to be paid at check-in (possible by credit card) is a bit strange. On checking out they actually go up to check your room, which takes some 10 minutes, so don't be in a hurry when checking out. One good point is that the Financial Center metro stop is on the same street, some 5 minutes walk away. On the other hand, going to the airport you can as well take a taxi which is cheap and there are many driving by (even at 6AM). The first metro train passes by around 6:15AM.

“Not so Grande”

The hotel was nice, the room was great! We had problems with service in the main restaurant and with the housekeeping staff. Every morning it was like pulling teeth to get them to bring enough creamer for our coffee, which they never did so each morning did not start off well. The best part of the stay was the room and the view from the room. The shisha lounge on the top floor was really great the the service there was excellent. We come to Dubai often, but we will not be staying at this hotel again.

“Good for family stay”

They provided 2 500ML water bottle one time only Although standard to follow should be 2 bottles every day, plus the they have a huge fridge stuffed but there is not price mentioned on each item or neither there is a list to follow good for family stay, exellent location you can walk for 2 minutes to get starbucks and few resturant, if you want to save money buy all stuff from local grocery store which is 5 mins walk and is located behind the building name Al Attar towers (they are not visible but you need to dig to get cheap grocery including sandwiches, water, juices , biscuits etc)
