“Happy to return”

We had already stayed at Flora Creek on our way to the UK and were so looking forward to another 2 night stop over. We were not disappointed, our flight arrived early and our room was not ready, we were quickly upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, this was so welcome as we had not had much sleep on our flight from the UK. Once again, I cannot fault anything about this establishment - well done to all the staff and management for making our stay so enjoyable.

I travel often through Dubai, and have not stayed at Flora Creek until this trip. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but I have not been as impressed as I was by your hotel on this trip. Thank you for a pleasant stay, and I definitely will be recommending your hotel to my friends and co-workers.

“Good value for money”

I've stayed in 3 or 4 different apartment hotels in Dubai - this one is not necessarily the best, but certainly very good and an excellent value. The apartments are spacious, clean and have all the amenities.

Room was very clean, nice an quiet in the evening. staff were very friendly an helpful, check-in was fast.

“Can't be faulted.”

They had thought of everything. Large sitting room. Separate bedroom with ensuite. Extra powder room with toilet and basin. Broom cupboard. Large, fully equipped kitchen. A real home from home. Only one tiny criticism. We had a very early start and asked for a continental breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before around 6 p.m. It was delivered at 11 p.m. when we were both asleep and, of course, wakened us up.

The hotel in conviniently located - walking distance to the Metro, city center shopping and overlooking the Dubai creek. The suite itself was beautifully furnished and with everything you need. The staff were most helpful and very friendly. Amazing breakfast buffett.

“Can't wait to visit again!”

We loved Flora Creek!!! The apartment was huge for the 2 of us, but we loved it! We actually had space to spread out and didn’t feel like we were constantly in each other’s way. The 2 bathrooms was especially nice for us, saved time getting ready in the morning! :) The location was great. A short walk to Diera City Center Mall and metro. Taxis were easy too. My only recommendation is to bring a map of the hotel with you just in case as some of the taxi drivers didn't know it right away. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The staff was wonderful! I guess the only negative comment I have is that we filled out the room service card for breakfast delivery and it was never picked up. We hung it on the door twice! Anyway, didn't ruin our vacation. Just something we thought we would mention. Thank you Flora Creek for an awesome vacation! We hope to visit you again!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful, supportive assistance given by the staff when I thought I had lost my husband's Passport. Nothing was too much trouble and the calm manner this was handled was greatly appreciated. The apartment is even better than we had expected - the buffet breakfast is substantial with plenty of choice. We are really looking forward to returning to Flora Creek on our way back to Australia.

Very well situated near the Diera City Metro station - 2 minute walk. We arrived at 7am and even though a room was not available, we were able to shower and change in the pool bathrooms after our long-haul flight from Auckland. A room was made available to us by 10am, which was fantastic service. We had a corner room on the 11th floor with great views of the river. However, due to the wind the visibility (due to dust) was very poor. In 3-6 months, I suspect the "River View" may be hidden by up to 6 additional high-rise buildings which are currently under construction. Bathroom a good size, full kitchen, lounge area and bed up the far end. Firm bed. Internet wired/wireless was free. The Olive Tree Restaurant was great. We had the buffet breakfast (75AED pp less 10% discount) and well worth it. Fresh fruit, pastries, cooked breakfast, eggs-while-you-wait, juice, coffee / tea. Service is terrific and you won't need lunch after filling up. We had hired a car from the airport, but didn't end up using it. It was kept in the basement car park overnight (free) and we returned it to the Hilton (up the road). The Metro system (all day ticket 16AED pp) is clean, very efficient, very safe and gets you to most of the main tourist areas - Burj Khalifa, Souks, Airport. Anything else (Palm Island) would require a taxi but they are also cheap. Overall, for location and service - highly recommended. Price was reasonable for the size of the room, facilities and in-house restaurant. :)
