“Pleasant Overnight”

Due to flight cancellation we had to make unplanned overnight stop in Dubai.We booked the hotel on line,from our hosts in Salalah Oman. Pleasant room with nice bathroom, corner bath & shower. Large screen TV, comfortable bed, facilities for hot drinks , coffee & tea plus mini-bar. Nice meal in the English Pub,at very reasonable price.

“Excellent Staff”

Had a very good few days here. Booked for 4 nights to give us option of moving for our last 2 nights in Dubai. However we liked the hotel so much we decided to stay on. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. If we go back to Dubai we will aim to stay here again. Chris, Devon, UK

I stay in this hotel every weekend. The location is ideal in Dubai. Easy to reach and plenty of cheap taxi service to anywhere in the city.

“Great place to stay in heart of Dubai”

Location was excellent. Heart of Bur Dubai and a 5 min. walk from the metro station on either side. Loads of eateries around and most of the things are not far away either. The front office staff made us felt welcomed and check-in was really quick and easy. Rooms were excellent. The bathroom was clean and tidy but the only thing missing were personal amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. The only downside was internet was chargeable in the room, breakfast a bit expensive and airport transfers not included but we could live with it. Excellent place to stay if you want to be close to everything.

“A bargain”

The hotel is located close(walking distance)to Burj Jumman Mall. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and there is a Starbucks and a Chinese Restaurant in the same block. Hotel service was excellent. This hotel has the best price for the type of hotel we needed in Dubai!

“Good hotel for value”

The only annoying thing is that they were supposed to clean up my room when they didnt at one occasion, i had to call the room service twice to tell them so !. All in all, a good hotel to stay in.

I was a bit hesitant to stay at this hotel as it was classed as 4* and ideally I wanted a 5* hotel but I must admit, this hotel definately felt like a 5* hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed a larger taxi for the whole family. The location is terrific - 5 minute walk from the Gold and Textile Souk, the major malls are all about 10-15 mins away by taxi (expect the Burjuman which is down the road from the hotel) and the beach is also not too far. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the open beach every morning which means you don't have to fork out for a taxi ride there! Not that the taxis cost that much in the first place. I will definately go back to Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in the near future and can gladly say my stay there was very pleasant.
