“Recommended for families and Groups”

The receptionist recommended to upgrade my stay to a suite instead of having two separate rooms or having a big room with an extra bed. I was extremely satisfied with the receptionist's recommendation. The suite was very spacious fully equipped two bedrooms, one spacious sitting room, dining room, washing room area, 3 toilets, kitchen, sea view and everything you need from kitchen ware. Moreover, the hotel's location is very convenient and nearby major attractions Burj Khalifa, Jumeira, etc.. I really enjoyed my stay their with my family and recommend everybody especially families and small groups to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road.

“Best value for money”

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights. I was given a deluxe room with a king bed which was a bit smaller than I thought, but was immediately upgraded when I make a remark at the front desk. Service is extremely courteous. Just a remark, the taxis of the hotel (those parked in front of the hotel) are more expensive than the regular ones that pass very frequently that you don't have to wait more than a few seconds. The concierge assured us that the price was identical, but in fact, it was more expensive.

“Best Hotel”

Clean, clean.....I love it. Room large, bathroom beautiful. Staff very friendly.

Area recommendations

Burj Al Arab! Don't forget to go to this hotel. It is like to be in HAVEN! I love Dubai. Great place for family, couples, singles vacations vacation. Also don't forget to go to Abu Dhabi.

When to go

I think it is best April and May. It is hot but not humid.

What to pack

Light clothes. Dubai is not like in other Arab world. You can see in UAE- Dubai that people wear dresses with stripes, mini skirt, shorts. You can see in Dubai Est & West. I love it!

Must see

Jumeriah Palm, Marine....everything. Everything is sooo beatiful and clean. Bathrooms are so so clean. I never see cleaniest bathrooms in the word!!!!

Shopping

Dubai Mall and Mall of Emirates! Don't ever miss! I can stay there days, no hours.

Jumeriah Beach! Absolutely beautiful!

The free internet service is only avialable at the lob of this hotel and the lob is very small. If you want to use the internet in the room, you need to pay extra. A cup of orange juice wil cost you around US$ 5.00. The roon are very small.

“Fast check-in”

I really liked how fast was the checkin in this hotel, I gave him my expedia confirmation and within one minute i was handed the key for my room. one more thing is the location and how close is it to the metro station (200m)
