“Good value for money.”

This hotel of the Grand Midwest chain is a very good value for money. Staff are very nice and helpful, hotel was clean and comfortable, very big room, furniture new, all looked like it was newly renovated. I and my wife really enjoyed this stay. Although we did not visit the swimming pool.

“Very Impressed”

Fantastic staff and a great location for central Dubai. Ability to get about is superb, just a short walk away and you have access to the brand new metro system at Khalid Bin Al Waleed station, local buses and taxis' pass frequently. Local area is quiet and the hotel is in a very peaceful location which is what you need after a busy day of sight seeing and enjoying the great city of Dubai.

A fantastic hotel where all the staff are very approachable and very helpful. I have stayed at the Grand Midwest twice now and is in a great location for all the transport needs and the rooms are clean, tidy and fits all the requirements that you will ever need. Fantastic staff that make it so much easier.

“very good hotel”

It was a very spacious 2 bedroom apartement, i was with my family 3 adults and 1 child. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. We got what we asked for promptly , there were no problems. The location was convenient since its literally in the centre of dubai. There is a metro train station close by and burjuman mall was very close as well.

“Very good value for the money”

The hotel is clean and modern, room was spacious, we had a standard one bedroom which actually has a seperate kitchen, not a "kitchenette". Proper stove, althogh fridge was small. Service was fine and there was free parking. Also in convenient location. Good value for a apartment hotel in Dubai. Easy ride to the airport or Deira. Good supermarket right across the street. Not a lot of restaurants very close but several if you walk 15-20 minutes.

the service was excellent lovely and clean our cleaner was lovely he put clean bedding and towels every day all staff was very polite we stayed at the hotel on discovery gardens they couldnt do enough fot you it was great it was just 10 min walk from ibn bututta mall which has some lovely shops and a large food court and lots of nice restraunts which are open while midnight

This hotel is very good! yes- It is a 4 star /5 star ... wide variety of room types than any other hotel out there in Dubai at an affordable rate! Mostly marbles walls and floor, with jacuzzi, swimming pool on the roof and all that good stuff as advertised. The staff, they very caring, emphatic and friendly, yes just ensure to articulate and 'communicate' well what you want.. they have secretarial services, business center, continental dishes, and laundry services...and much more than advertised!! This place is very well located in the middle of everything and everywhere in Dubai. If you are coming from the other countries, know you can buy other drinks at the Safari 4x4 @ Barbecue. Overall no complains really and I will be back again!

“Grnad Midwest Stay - Febr 2012”

We have stayed at the Grand Midwest in Bur Dubai a number of times now and are really happy with its location as it is convenient for the public transport and the closeness to the Burjaman Shopping Mall. The staff have always been extremely helpful and are keen to do what they can to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. Whatever our needs have been they have been dealt with in a professional and helpful nature and all very quickly.

“It is not a cheerful hotel”

Most of taxi drivers don't know this this hotel, because there is no a good sign on it. But the apartments are big and clean.

Best Hospitality and Location.People are very warm and cooperative.Little change in the room required i.e. toilet should have new floor and wall tiles with a modern look and the room should also have a modern look. Definitely will stay whenever in Dubai
