“A great stay”

Joined my daughter and her husband at this hotel for a shot break. We had a wonderful time. The staff are lovely, they can't do enough for you and certainly are the main reason that we will be coming back. The hotel, though not the most magnificent on the walk was certainly in the best location. The only downside to the holiday was the cost of everything. If you eat in the hotel restaurants be prepared to pay mega bucks.

“Impressed : " Can't wait to go back "”

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Juneirah Beach . The manager surprised us with an anniversary cake . Hotel staff are very helpful. Morning buffet was exceptional . We would highly recommend staying at this hotel . Taking walk along the beach was relaxing .Stores and restaurants are nearby.

“"Very impressed"”

High Quality Service, very friendly staff Hotel is in very good location. I will recommend this Hotel to all my Friends. On my next trip to Dubai I will stay in this Hotel again and again. The only negative about this Hotel is their Internet service!!!

“Excellent value”

We know the hotel from previous stays however it was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite. As usual the staff were friendly & efficient. Our rate include breakfast and the buffet breakfast was excellent value.

Area recommendations

I recommend staying in one of the hotels on the Walk at JBR as a variety of restaurants and bars and shops are in easy walking distance.

Shopping

The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to Mall of the Emirates.

“Good value, great location”

The Hilton Jumeirah is well located with walking access to The Walk and its many shops and restaurants. Rooms are of good size, furnished as you would expect of a 5 star hotel and have comfortable beds with great pillows. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to provide good service. The restaurants offer good variety and value for money.

“Just lovely!”

Spot on! This hotel is very clean and the rooms were immaculate. The staff, from the front desk crew to the cleaning crew were very professional and friendly. I just loved how they were polite and respectful. The pool facility and gardens are very nice and peaceful. The private beach is awesome as is the sea! Security staff monitors the beach access to prevent visitors from sneaking into the Hilton's guest only area. Food in the hotel and poolside are very good! FYi: Free and paid internet services are available. Taxi's are readily available.

“Hilton Dubai on boardwalk”

Nice hotel, great location (though the traffic in the evening is terrible - WALK! don't drive) very clean, very nice staff, got a little upgrade which was very appreciated, breakfast was very nice. They have limited shuttles to the malls which is very nice. However, do not like that internet is extra. In this day and age it should all be included!!!

“Management Policies - Dubai Hilton”

Nice location. Good property on beach. Nice facilities and well-appointed grounds. Attentive customer services for the most part. Overall, a positive experience, but my 2 negative experience include: (1) being refused admission to the gym becaues my footware was Crocs and (2) being surprised after paying for the buffet and having 3 juices that cost approximately 6 Euros (or $8) per drink. So, my buffet that already cost somewhere in the $30+ range was now over $50. They did not tell me the drinks were extra. Had I known they were that expensive, I would not have ordered them considering that I already paid a relative high buffet price. Regarding the gym, I escalated the issue to management, and they told me there was some local law about the footware, but their sign only said one must have appropriate clothes, including footware. In other words, it appeared that they had the discretion to intrepret the meaning of "appropriate clothing, including footware", but decided against me. Because I travel so much, I am very much aware of the weight in my suitcase. Sneakers are much heavier than Crocs. Also, if the concern is that I might drop a weight on my foot, Crocs have more cushion/rubber on top than sneakers and therefore should be considered acceptable and even safer. One aspect of my chosing this hotel was its facilities, and yet I was refused entrance to use such facilities due to a decision made that could have been made in my favor.
