“Extremely pleased”

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel....the service and professionalism of the staff was outstanding....very customer focused and friendly. The pool and outside lounge facilities were wonderful, along with the breakfast. A great location with coffee shops and other local shopping right outside the hotel. Two areas for improvement: offering free internet (at least for one night of a multiple night stay) is needed, in addition, the bathroom could use an updating.

“Best Value on Jumeriah Beach”

Ive stayed at the Ritz Cartlon & One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel on Jumeriah beach, both of which were excellent, so was cautious about what this would be like, as it was much cheaper. I was pleasantly surprised, the Hotel rooms are clean comfortable & all you can ask for. Staff are friendly & helpful. The beach area is excellent & you can have a choice of pool area ( although this is shaded most of the day in November) a garden area or the beach. I beleive this represensts the best value on Jumeriah Beachfront. Since my prevuious visit they have now added shops & restaurants in "The walk" which is immediately outside the Hotel. I had forgotten that only Hotels appear to be able to serve alcohol, so be prepared if you go to one of the many outlets....dont embarass yourself like I did! There appear to be more stores & restaurants opening each week, although the Hotel does have some nice restaurants too

“Could've stayed longer at this hotel”

With only a 2 night stopover booked we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel - our main aim was to relax by the beach with just a trip around Dubai via a tour bus or as it turns out a hop on/hop off bus which was excellent and stopped just outside the hotel. The hotel staff, in all areas of the hotel, were excellent. Not even the smallest of enquiries stopped them from being very helpful and they certainly all got a big tick of approval from us. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone v isiting Dubai.

“Lovely hotel in a great location”

I stayed in King Alcove Suite wih my husband and our son. The view was absoultely beautiful and room was spacious. I will definately go back to the same hotel/room when I visit Dubail again!

“Fantastic service & huge bed”

Awesome place to stay, we were treated like royalty the whole time. Couldn't believe it when we bought a couple of beers at the pool bar, took them back to our sun loungers & were looking around for a table when a fantastic member of staff brought one to us laong with a flag we could wave when we wanted our next drink. And the bed was HUGE!! And as always the Hilton buffet breakfast lived up to all expectations. Only tiny negative is the drink we had at the bar on the 10th floor. I doubt there was any alcohol in that mojito that appeared to just be a glass of ice, some mint & sugar.

check in quick and simple even when arriving after midnight.rooms fantastic,spottless and cleaned everyday.breakfast buffet a must plenty to choose from ,will set you up nicely for a lazy day on the private beach. staff couuldn't be more attentive so much better than some of the so called bigger hotels in which i,ve stayed.try out the studio one sports bar a little bit pricey but a good place to have a cold beer after a long day in the sun .a great hotel !

“Very Impressed”

I took my 5yo Grandson here, I could not have chosen a better hotel. The staff could not do enough. The pool was lovely as was the beach location. The bouncey castle was a bonus! Easy to get to the Malls and Water Parks

I said excellent choice! It means from the location of the Hotel to the food, facilities and Hotel personnel, everything was absolutely perfect for a lovely vacation and tourism time.
