“Class and quality...”

Outstanding rooms, great service, nice restaurants in the hotel. The Japanese is outstanding, so is the buffet on the 24th floor revolving restaurant. Most helpful front desk personnel, definetely Hyat caliber trained.. Nice pool, huge clean gym!!! Taxis (regular) always available in front of the hotel, a rarity for Dubai! The room views and Hotel position are a little isolated, but if you avoid the rush hours, you can be in Deira in 5 minutes, at the Dubai Mall in 13 mins, and Jumeira Beach in 25. I loved it.

Area recommendations

Madinat Jumeira, Jumeira Beach, JBR area. The souks in old Bur Dubai are nice to stroll through..

“impressive hotel”

we stayed for 3 nights and Dubai Hyatt regency we spent really good time . starting with easy check-in and the room was nice clean and specious , comfortable bed the view was not as i expected but it's fine . the galleria is great you can find supermarket ,pharmacy and other shops all you need will be around you . the primer club and the bar was nice too .

“Other than very expensive meals, hotel stay was comfortable and convenient.”

We usually book our hotel accommodation at Hyatt Regency in most cities we travel. Our expectations have always been satisfied. We like the standards in this hotel chain. Dubai hotel meals were however extraordinarily expensive.

“Old Dubai accessible from the hotel”

Our delight was returning to see the old Dubai and the Creek after 30 years. This hotel was in walking distance or a short cab ride to the markets and the water taxi. The view also was an enjoyable part of the ambiance.

Traveler's tip

You will enjoy all the hotels much more if you don't think about how much they cost. Getting around with a rented car was often difficult because of the confusion of the roads and few places to park.
