“JW Marriott Hotel Dubai”

This was the first time staying there and was very impressed. Will be returning there again. And would recommend this hotel to all my famliy and friends.

“J W Marriott - Fab family hotel”

Hotel was luxurious, we had a townsquare suite and the four of us fitted easily. There were two dressing areas... bathroom and large wardrobes. Hotel is a little out of the way, but perfect for the gold souk and to be honest taxis are incredibly cheap. We love our football and found the sports bar where the staff were really friendly and loved the kids (only until 9pm though!) The staff in the hotel could not do enough... the pool is a little small and the sun disappears at around 3 but there is so much to do in dubai you dont want to spend all day by the pool anyway! Bamboo lagoon was great, good music and food was good... lots of choice, we thought it was great value. The Italian restaurant is also great... dont miss their lasange... totally lush. Hotel is recommended for people with kids or travelling alone as long as you dont mind a taxi trip... taxis were very easy to get.

“Fantastic family friendly hotel”

First experience with Expedia and I cant recommend them highly enough. We booked 3 nights at the Marriott in Dubai on our way home from Germany to Australia. The hotel was fantastic. We had a brilliant room overlooking the hotels inner courtyard. We were upgraded to an executive room, via expedia, which entitled us to free drinks from 5-7 in the executive lounge and unlimited use of the internet. The room was very comfortable, large enough for all of us, 2 adults, 2 kids. Plenty of dining choices from italian to german to buffet, great for the kids. There was a rooftop pool which the kids enjoyed, even after closing time, the staff let the kids swim as long as they like. We were very impressed with the level of service, and for anyone with kids like us, we can confirm it was very family friendly. We will definately return there on future visits to Dubai

I like the hotel: it was clean and has nice decorations. The complementary tools and services were very helpful. The price was affordable. In short, a strong recommendation to all those vacationing in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my boyfriend and this hotel is truly 5 star&then some We had a very late arrival at 0130 so it was nice check in to a really nice hotel From the moment you walk in very friendly and efficient staff reception area is pretty spotless&spacious Staff are a mix of nationalities so everyone can speak English extremely well We got a really good Expedia deal, which meant we got 2 nights for the price of 1 well worth it! It was supposed to include brunch but there was a bit of mix up, as the brunch is only on Fridays so the hotel gave us comp breakfast for 3 days instead The hotel is extremely clean and youve got a couple of restaurants to choose from, shops for you to buy postcards and other bits. The rooms are huge! 2 dbl beds, 2 TVs, sofa & the bathrooms are equally as big with bath&shower Youre provided with bathrobes, slippers and other goodies The beds &pillows are super comfortable and clean rooms Location is really good as well you can get a taxi to anywhere from just outside the hotel and they are inexpensive. We did the blue route bus tour and the start is about a ten-minute taxi away Its well worth doing as it costs 200 AED but you can get on and off as many times as you like It takes in all the main sights Bur Dubai there is a really nice beach nearby, so you can sunbath and chill out with Bur Dubai in the background good photo opportunity I would definitely check into JW Marriott again

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Spa was second to none. Comfort and room service was very good. This is an excellent hotel for Business users and holiday makers. Location of the hotel is a taxi ride from city and the beach.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and was pleased with the stay. The rooms was very spacious with two TVs and it was kept very clean throughout the stay. However, one day the cleaner removed a bag containing our shopping. We had to return to the Mall and repurchase the goods and arrange for a refund - the only disappointing part of our stay. The location of the hotel isn't great but fine as a cheaper alternative to the luxury beach resorts - taxis seem very cheap in Dubai compared to other cities. The adjacent shopping centre, while of a decent size was disappointing. The hotel is very close to the airport which isn't a problem, I never heard a single plane from the room. The hotel restaurants are not too expensive and offer a good choice of food. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for the business traveller.

“Excellent Hotel in Dubai”

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are welcoming and the service is excellent. The Steakhouse on the Lower Ground does sublime food and has wonderful staff - the minimum age for children is 12 but we were allowed to take our 6 and 9 year old daughters in and they were treated like royalty. The Italian restaurant is also very very good. The waiting staff in The Market Place let the hotel down a little and the quality of the food here isn't quite as good but cannot really complain. The gym and pool are both excellent and again the staff and service is superb. I would definitely stay here again and it's nice and close to the airport and The Creek whilst only being a 15 minute taxi journey from Jumeriah and the MOE.
