“Great place to stay in the city of Dubai”

The Jumeirah Emirates Towers were very nice. Both the room and the staff were great. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean and well appointed. We also had a great view of the city. The only negative part of our stay was the lobby level Italian/continental Restaurant. We tried to have breakfast there upon our arrival, but they were already removing the buffet. They did allow us to order al a carte but we were not happy with the food quality. One of the nicer things was the free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and Beach resorts. It was very convenient.

a primerly located high rise hotel with easy access to high end mall, restuarants and exhibition area. Rooms are excellent, lobby is magnificant, and prices are high. The main disadvantage that service is slow and gate is always croweded.

“A First Class Hotel by Anyone's Standards”

The external appearance of the hotel is breathtaking being one of two 51 storey towers and a ride in the glass elevator is an experience in its own right. As soon as you arrive, the staff get into gear to get you checked in and to take your luggage to your room immediately. Despite the size of the hotel, it seems to achieve a personal touch with the reception, concierge and housekeeping services all adressing you by name throughout your stay. The rooms are enormous and very well equipped with the emphasis on the needs of the business traveller rather than families on vacation. The views are disappointing as the hotel overlooks a number of large construction sites but the same is true of most hotels in Dubai. We ate at three of the hotel's restaurants. The Noodle Room was quick, generous and very reasonably priced. Al Nafoorah, the Lebanese retaurant, was just excellent and it served good, authentic food with first rate Lebanese wine and arak. Tokyo, the Tepanyaki restaurant, was great fun but a bit overpriced and the food unexceptional. We also used the business centre and gym, both of which were good. Overall, a great hotel with a feeling of real quality about it.

“Would go back”

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel - fast friendly check in. Room was available even though I arrived prior to regular check in time. Large very clean rooms with free WiFi Great pool area with nice touches such as free ice water and fruit snacks. Not much in surrounding area as it is in the middle of the financial district but only a few hundred metres from the metro - a cheap and easy way to get around especially to the shopping malls. Great spa service and gym. Great variety at breakfast but a little expensive

I can't lie - this is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The quality of service was brilliant. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up! Overall I was thoroughly satisfied and would definitely recommend to friends and family

“Wonderful vacation time in Dubai”

I used to come to Dubai in regular basis for business and this time I decided to have a break for 5 days with my husband to enjoy the city so i booked at the Jumairah Emirates Towers. This Hotel was one of the best hotels I ever tried in all over the world.... It's so clean, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are very convenient and specious, also the view is fantastic. I chose the Club Premier room with a view to the towers (and Burj Khalifa) at the highest floors... it was fantastic specially at night... I will defiantly try it again...

“One night on business”

Was there for 1 night on a business trip. It's really a very nice hotel. Service is top notch, staff are going out of their way to be helpful. Good restaurant options. Food is pricey, but that may be a Dubai thing as this was my first time.
