“Marco Polo-Dubai”

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and they always have made me feel welcome. The staff was quick to have my luggage inside and any questions I have had often were answered with knowledge of the area. My stay has always been comfortable and welcoming. The location is in a good area but going to local attractions sometimes requires a nice trip across town (I.E.-Dubai Mall, local sporting events, etc). Overall I am very pleased with everything.

“Marco Polo Review”

Very clean, the room is awesome & the staff are helpful. Needed an iron & it was in my room in 5 minutes. The pub & restaurants are reasonably priced & the Filipino Club has live performers with a good choice of drinks & food.

As mentioned above 'Marco Polo Hotel', DXB, will be rembered as a 'Top One' with friendly, efficient help and service. We shall be very pleased to recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and naturally and absolutely choose 'Marco Polo' again if our future life will bring us back to Dubai

“Peace and Quiet!”

This hotel turned out to be better than the pictures portrayed. The staff was friendly and the general manager really is a nice person. I just wanted to be left alone during my stay there and not be bothered by anyone and that is exactly what happened. I will gladly stay there again in the near future!

“Great value for money- will stay again”

We stayed 4th & 5th May. We arrived very early from an early flight but they let us check straight in as our room was clean. The complimentary drink upon arrival was a point of difference. The staff were friendly, it cost about $15 AUD or $45 AED to get to Emirates Mall or the spice market, and 50 to the airport, so quite a good location. The hotel has bars and a nightclub and restaurants so there is no need to leave! There are constantly taxis out the front if you need to go anywhere. Very impressed with the value for money aswell. The rooms are nicer than the photos show and the service from the staff means you hardly have to lift a finger! the room was spacious and modern .Thankyou, and we will have no problem recommending your hotel to other people.

“Would stay with them anytime.”

Hotel was just what I expected and more. Staff were very helpful at check-in, approved immediatley my request for late checkout (2PM) which was very convenient as my next flight was late in the afternoon. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location of the Hotel was convenient and short walk or drive to most places of interests. I really enjoyed my stay at Marco Polo and would have no problem recommending it to anyone.

“Value for money”

The hotel was excellent.The staff were extremely helpful,bringing us extra towels,coffee and tea and iron on request,nothing seemed too much trouble.Room was lovely and the beds were soooo comfortable.No problems whatsoever.We ate at the Chinese restaurant which was very reasonably priced and very good,had breakfast at the cost of around£5.00 per day,ample choices of food.We were offered beach towels before we got on the courtesy bus which we used for 2 of our 3 days(we got up too late the first morning)also different beaches each of the days. It was quite a distance from all of the attractions as it is situated towards the old town but we found the taxis to be fairly priced. Our one disappointment was the pool as the sun never gets around there due to the height of other buildings,a sham e as it was a lovely area and pool. The hotel is close to the airport so you do get the noise of planes passing overhead but to be honest it didn't bother us or keep us awake.

“Good Hotel”

The swimming pool is nice and clean. The buffet breakfast have a wide selection. I specially like the omelet. I like the refreshing orange juice that they served when I arrived. I was able to use the free wired internet a lot and it is fast.

“Excellent although the aircon was too cold”

Excellent room & well appointed except for the shower in the bath tub. Air conditioning was too cold. Comfortable beds & a very comfortable room. Would definitely recommend it.

“Not impressed”

The hotel is very clean and good air condition but the the bed was not comfortable. the meneral water not available for free as in other hotels.
