I have stayed at this hotel in the pass and it was great. I try to stay at this hotel every time I travel to Dubai.

“A true 4-star experience”

This hotel is brand new, only opened 1 month when I stayed, so finding a cab driver who actually knows where it is was a little tricky. It was right near Port Rashid on Al Mina Rd. The check-in and check-out process was a little slow but they were perfectly friendly. I was very impressed with the room, I upgraded to a premium room as they still had deals on the rooms since they just opened. It was very clean, modern and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was great with a separate tub and shower and plenty of space. Room service brought a bucket of ice within 5 mins of calling and supplied me with a plug adapter. The restaurants were really great as well, try the kebab connection....good luck actually finishing the meal. The bar, Liquid Lounge, was still not open and no one could tell me when that would happen. I will definitely go back.

The hotel was magnificent and well worth the price. I am definitely booking my hotel here next time I return to Dubai. I have already had two of my friends stayed there and they loved it. When I arrived for check in the Bell man greeted me, opened my door and took my luggage to my room. The check in staff was wonderful and courteous. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. I even had the manager stopped by my room to check if all services were to my satisfaction. I never experience this in all of my worldly travels. A five star hotel at it's best. “Very Good Hotel - i would rate it a good 4 star”

Stayed at Gold Swiss hotel for one week with wife and baby. We arrived early morning and we didn't have to wait long to be checked in. All the staff were extremely friendly and the room and facilities were excellent. Restaurnats in hotel are expensive but across the road there is a great indian and chinese and a supermarket. Definately would go back again. Very child and baby friendly.

Friendly, efficient, courteous staff. Rates were comparable. Breakfast option was nice and good breakfast at that. Enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.

This Hotel was very helpful... I got into Dubai early and they allowed me to check in 3 hours early... The Staff was very nice. I enjoyed the location. Getting a Taxi was very fast... I will stay there on my next R&R Trip.....

“Very comfortable hotel”

Only bad point about this accommodation is the location. Not much to do or see close by, but shuttle buses to shopping centres helped and there is always a taxi available.

“superb 4 star hotel”

Excellent hotel with great and helpful staff. We were stuck in Dubai when the ash problem from the iceland volcano occurred - the hotel were extremely helpful and extended our stay at the same rate we had paid through expedia. The staff all speak english and are very polite and go out of their way to help. Hotel is very new with excellent fittings and furnishings. Highly recommended.
