“Excellent property and great location on "The Walk"”

New property at a great location in Dubai Marina. Efficient staff, clean and comfortable room and the good views. Beds are very comfortable. For not "duck down pillow" lovers - there is a choice of other 6-7 different kind of pillows - neck support pillow worked wonders for me! Hotel known to all taxi drivers and an easy drive to Mall of Emirates, IBN Battuta and Dubai Mall. Short walk to the beach and a good pool area. Lots of restaurants on The Walk to choose from.

“great hotel, great location”

We stayed for 8 nights in oct 2010 at this hotel and found it to have everything we could need. It was in a brilliant location, on 'the Walk' where there are plenty of resturants to chose from, opposite the beach (only a 5 minute walk to the beach front) and with the Dubai Marina behind. The reception and staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very nice, with everything you need - the mini bar was expensive as always, but was handy to have the fridge to store cold drinks bought from the supermarket in the neighbouring complex. there was a lunch time BBQ on Fridays beside the pool which was good - king prawns to die for. there was also a party night on Thursday that we did not attend. The bathrooms is very spacious and grand, and we had a good view of the beach, pool and Jumeriah Palm Island in the distance, being able to see the Atlantis on a good day. The pool is average size, and has limited sunloungers - although we always got one. Also, the pool area was shaded by the skyscrappers for the first half of the day, so we would go to the beach for the morning, and return at lunch time just as the sun was coming out over the pool. There is a buffet restaurant and a tapas restuarant but we did not try them, and a cafe bar on the ground floor. The bar was nice, and did happy hour every evening 6-9pm with 2 for1 drinks (much needed at £7 a pint). concierge was very helpful , and they have a tour rep in reception that can book trips. In a few easy words....the hotel and staff are amazing. Location, price and service all second to none and enjoyed my stay immensely. Hotel has just open so everything is shiny and new :)

“Great new hotel on the beach!”

We were pleasantly surprised by this new hotel. The rooms have all the amenities and have an entire drawer full of glasses, coffee maker, cups, etc. The bathroom is great with an amazing tub. The spa was very nice located on the second floor. The pool is a little small but the attendant made sure that loungers were always available. Jumeirah Beach Walk is a great location and we barely left the Residence neighbourhood.

“Can't wait to go back”

The hotel is very clean and convenient. it's located in Jumeira Beach Walk which is amazing, but since the area is very nice, it gets very crowded during weekends which means that if you are in a car, then you'll get stuck for around 30 minutes. The solution for this problem is to let the taxi drop you at the beginning of the walk and continue your way to the hotel walking.

Me and my family stayed here....loved it!!!!! staff very helpfull...beds... room comfortable...pool not that big...and bad side is hotel not on the beach..it;s a public beach..you have to walk ..and if you've got kids it's hard..the heat is unbearable to walk on the hot sand...no shade....

“A Flawless Service”

The hotel is a conveniently located, a one minute walk from the beautiful Jameirah beach and close to a number of great restaurants. We were so impressed with the service at the hotel, the staff were professional and very attentive. We did not have to wait a second to be seen to, whether it was getting a taxi or getting some advice about sightseeing. The staff all spoke excellent English and could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was amazing - we even had a good view of Jameirah beach from the balcony. There was some building work going on in some of the surrounding area but to be honest we hardly noticed it at all. Overall, it was an excellent experience, we would definitely stay there again. A big thumbs up!

Perfect location, perfect hotel. Staff was more than friendly. Especially Dilara, who elped us a lot and stayed patient to our wayward needs :) if you are planning to visit Dubai, go to Jumeirah Beach area; and if you go to Jumeirah beach, you should definetely select Moevenpick JBR !!!
