“Hotel near metro”

Hotel was in a good location and near the CITY CENTRE MALL.

Hotel is near at the shopping mall and metro train station. Good for a short stay visit. Breakfast is same everyday but it was ok.

“Ideal for the old town business district”

This is one of the nicer Novotels and much closer to a standard city centre 4 or 5 star hotel than many I have stayed at. Whilst it has good facilities and nice bedroom, it is located in a good location, being close to the Dubai Creek (which means you might be able to make that 9am meeting without getting up at 6am!) and also to the Duabi shopping mall, should you fancy a bit of shopping. Overall, for a business hotel, this is one of the better ones.

An excellent value and superb location across from City Center. I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of my room this time. Even when I mentioned it to housekeeping, they could have been more meticulous. Other than that service was not bad. BTW do not use the taxi service provided by the hotel to go to the airport - it is more economical to call Dubai Taxi and order a cab yourself. The hotel concierge tried to discourage me from doing this however it was very easy to do and cost less than half the hotel taxi fare.

“Used as our base during volcano delayed flight”

At Check-in room was not ready until 4pm (we waited with Virgin cruise passengers who had been waiting since 7am for their rooms. The volcano disruption, and influx of guests checking-in could not be handled by the reception staff. Check-out was also slow. Hotel has a good location opposite Deira Shopping Mall , Metro Station and pick up point for Tour Buses. Good base for touring the city Despite being new hotel the carpet and some decor in our room looked tired and worn.
