“Good value in expensive Dubai”

Nuran's weekly tariffs represent extremely good value compared to other comparable accommodation in Dubai. The units are fully self contained and well equipped making them ideal for companies looking for temporary accommodation for new employees. The new retail precinct at Jumeirah Beach Residences provides access to an increasing amount of shopping from supermarkets to fashion clothing. Restaurants are plentiful, varied and within walking distance and its a short stroll to the beach. The staff are courteous and the rooms are well maintained. Overall an excellent experience.

“Would stay here on any future visit to Dubai”

The serviced appartment had all the advantages of a 4 star hotel plus the flexibility of own kitchen/lounge areas.Try for room overlooking pool if possible(quieter). The staff very helpful and friendly.

“Fantastic”

They call this a "serviced residence", in effect, you get a small kitchen and more space than conventional hotel room. But for the same price. perfect location in the marina, its close to some bars and restaurants. Taxis are dirt cheap, it was only about UK12-14 for taxi to the airport, and about UK6 to the Mall of the Emirates.

“Great Quality and value for money”

Hotel is fantastically fitted out, and the rooms, both executive studio and 1 beds, are great for a couple or family. With fast (and free!) internet, washing machine, sofas and kitchen, the apartments are just perfect. Only issue for travellers could be that there is not that much within close distance as much of the Marina is still being constructed. However getting to anywhere in Dubai needs a taxi, so this is not a major concern. Plan for extra time for the trip to the airport, as traffic has been getting worse in Dubai and is unpredictable (except in early hours). Very close to Mall of the Emirates for those interested. Service is highly professional and a certain edge not common for 4* in Dubai. A real gem.

“Very nice”

We had room 805, this is one of the best ones with two bedrooms, a nice balcony and views over the marina. Really good Serviced Apartment. Also ideal for shorter stays. Impressed with apartment and staff (friendly and helpful). Only three small negatives; some floor tiles were not fixed, and it can be a bit noisy (not very well insulated so contact noises). Also, the taxi drivers have no idea where it is. Very close to The Walk and the metro station.
