We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Pullmann Hotel on The Mall of The Emirates. The hotel is new, the staff friendly and service good. Location the best.

“Chic, modern & contemporary with the best location”

Very chic, contemporary hotel with great facilities. I arrived earlier than planned and was provided with access to L24's "Sanctuary" - pool, gym and lounge area.(Also available for use after checkout if your not flying out till later.). L1 gives direct access to Mall of the Emirates so if you want location this hotel is a winner. Free internet access and guest services very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again,

Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend to all as the hotel holds a good location and is of good quality. I have stayed at much more renowned and expensive hotels in Dubai yet this held its own very well. The direct access to the Mall of Emirates makes for very convenient. Clean.

“Impressed but bad experience during check in”

For some reason, when I arrived in Dubai after several hour flight, I realised that for some reason, I booked our room the day after the expected arrival day. my mistake. Instead of trying to find how he could help, the receptionist (Khaleed, if i'm not wrong) just tried to make us book a new room (what would result in paying twice for one night). When I asked to speak to the manager, he pretended to be the manager himself. with a smile ! (maybe he was right but every manager gets his own manager) Thanks to God, I made the reservation through expedia.co.uk. And when we called them, a very helpful guy called Ron or Rob (not sure) fixed everything for me. He was very supportive. Thank you Expedia. Apart from this, everything else in the Pullman went perfectly well. Very clean. Staff very charming and very courteous (Khaleed included) The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had so far.

“great for a quick trip”

• Overall the stay was fine. • Location is great, especially for a quick trip. Attached directly to the mall of emirates (if you can find your way through the various towers). • Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable • There is no shower and it is not easy to get into the bathtub • Housekeeping was very confusing. We found an empty McDonalds drink leftover from the previous guest in the fridge. When we asked for someone to clean it, he came and cleaned the fridge and everything around the fridge. The next day, housekeeping made the bed and cleaned the bathroom, but they didn’t vacuum the floor (there was leftover bits of plastic on the floor), although they came into he room to leave us complimentary fruits, dates and a date drink from their soda bar. • Don’t bother watching TV. There wasn’t a decent collection of channels. Not a single English comedy channel (nothing that is known the region), but many Chinese and Thai channels.

“not bad but will not return”

I travelled for short business trips to Dubai many times in past. Needed to be near Mall of the Emirates this time and I like to try new hotels. Quality is okay but check in process took 30 minutes. Non smoking room was smokey. Suitcase took over an hour to find room and that is the last you want when coming from long flight. These issues could all be addressed by management. Only other problem is the shower in the bathtub. Personally I never take a bath and prefer separate shower. The 'design' handgrips have sharp edges and positioned awkwardly. I hurt myself pretty bad. Also water runs al over bathroom. Lobby-terrace with amazing view over Dubai skyline is one of the best in any hotel but only pleasant in wintertime of course. Because of great choice in this 4* segment, I will not return. Paul
