“The best hotel in town”

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located on the best location in Dubai also there was a good night club and is in the heart of all the "action". We can’t wait to go back..

Hoetl was really clean, and provided a good service, resturant, bar even a night club if i was younger i would had tried it! Great location for me as I have family there, would use it again.

“Great overnighter”

Definitely a great overnighter. If you have business or are just waiting for your next flight this is a greater overnighter. The japanese cusine is very light and tasty. The Chinese cusine is a little more filling and just as tasty. There is a store down the way if you want to buy fresh fruits or sample local cusine. Lots of bars and nightclubs in the area, if you need to get out for a drink. Of course the pub inside the hotel is an excellent choice as well. Only downside was that the hotel was under construction...(but isn't everything in Dubai?)

“Excellent place to stay”

Very helpful and friendly staff - we arrived much earlier than check-in start, were given a very clean but not a non-smoking room as requested, the bell-boy smelt the room, saw our children and promptly went on his own accord and got a non-smoking room arranged within a few minutes. From the concierge who gladly arranged our "Desert Safari" and gave us directions to the abras and gold souk, to the chef in the "Bistro" and the security lady, everyone was very friendly, making our stay very pleasant. Very clean rooms, beautiful stained glass the entire height of the tremendous central atrium, close to the metro. And the price could not be beat! Great over all. I would stay there again.

“2 in a bed!!!”

We arrived at the hotel to be told that the room we had booked was for 2 people only and we would have to pay an extra 100 dirham per night for a child's bed. My husband showed them the Expedia booking which clearly stated 2 adults and a 3yr old child, they produced a booking document with no mention of a child on it. After almost 1 hour trying to resolve the problem the duty manager showed us a room with two beds which he said were double!!! They were large single beds, we had no choice but to take the room or pay extra, luckily we had only booked for one night!!! As far as we were concerned this discrepancy is between expedia and Ramada!!! What a shame, such a lovely hotel and well situated but absolutely appalling staff who had no concern for our needs. Talek the receptionist was more interested in telling us about his work in egypt????? Put a dampener on our short stay, we will return to the Movenpick on our next visit to dubai who have the most amazing staff, unfortunately they we're booked up for this trip.

“Had a pleasant stay!”

I usually stayed in a different hotel located in the same road but this time - it was fully booked and I picked Ramada Dubai as it is located in an area familiar to me. I am glad I did. The hotel staff were professional, attentive and pleasant. The room has good space, clean and well maintained. Hotel has fabulous ambiance! I enjoyed my stay very much and I am definitely going back to the same hotel.
