“Good Value”

Very good location. immediately beside good beach and very close to good resturants and shopping. Located just outside city centre but not as far out as the bigger tourist hotels. important because Dubai now (2006) has lots of traffic jams Room was rather small and pool was modest. Staff very friendly and helpful. Interesting wide mix of nationalities among the guests. Overall very good value for money.

The location was perfect, opposite the beach and near lots of local restaurants and eateries for lunch and dinner. The 'Its Indi' hotel restaurant was totally fabulous - really good food and great waiting staff.

“Nice small hotel which is rare in Dubai”

Important: This hotel is dry. Make sure you buy plenty of booze on arrival at Dubai airport! Rooms confortable. Staff very pleaseant and helpful. Pool area cramped but clean. Beach oppostite is great. Nice to find guests from so many different countries. Food in the restuarants is good. However the breakfast is poor. A large breakfast buffet is laid on but the quality is not good. In particular no fresh coffee!

“Friendly hotel in great location”

Right on Jumeirah Beach and a short taxi ride from airport, souks and other attractions, this 3-star hotel has everything you need on site, including beauty treatments and massage. The international staff are very polite and helpful. Decor is a bit tired and quirky in places and the pool is tiny but it has a relaxed, friendly vibe. Food was delicious and plentiful at the breakfast buffet and the rooftop Arabian restaurant for dinner.(No alcohol). On Friday their popular open buffet lunch with a huge range of Indian/ Arabic foods is great value and an opportunity to see local families dine out and stroll on the beach on their only day off. The hotel is part of the large Ramee chain, and organises dinner cruises (relaxing) or desert safaris ( bumpy!)

“very impressed for a 3* hotel, feels like a 4*”

as the title says, very impressed with the hotel overall. the staff are all very welcoming, i was extremely satisfied with the service. locals shopping malls are nearby, 2 steps from the jumeira beach. definately recommended for a short stay.

“It was ok”

Location was excellent. Right next to the beach. Some rooms are next to the outside lounge area, which can get a bit noisy so you may have to ask to move. There are 3 restaurants, which are all good quality. Good recommendations given by hotel. Breakfast could be better

make sure you have a sea view ,there is no alcohol in this hotel.

This hotel is dry, you can only get soft drinks. The hotel needs a good refit,carpets in bedroom had seen better days.

“Ok But Expensive for What you Get”

This hotel is in an excellent location for the Beach which was nice and the standards of cleanliness were very good. However it was noisy, the walls were very thin and we were kept awake by the people next door and by people eating in the restaurant areas until late. Our room on the ground floor, had french windows opening onto the pool area which meant we had to keep the curtains closed all day to protect our privacy from other guests using the pool. Reception did not pass on telephone messages a friend rang from another hotel and they denied all knowledge of us!!

“Not what I expected.”

The reception staff were unable to smile when I arrived and failed to make me feel welcome. The hotel staff were a bit too eager to help at the point of annoyance. When I checked into the room (I was ugraded at check in to a deluxe room) the room was OK but when I turned the water on to wash my hands the watter was brown for about 10 seconds. The sliding glass doors had to be forced to move and they almost came off the frame. No way to control your own room's tempurature either.
