“A short stay in the Seaview Hotel, Dubai.”

we arrived very early at reception but they were very helpfull in arranging a earliest possible room for us some 3 hours ahead of schedule.The door attendant was also very helpfull and pleasant.food offer for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent.The Hotel taxi service was unexpected and first class. Thank you to all staff at the Seaview Hotel.

“Excellent Location in Bar Dubai”

First time traveler to this Hotel. At the time of my visit there was construction going on into the early evening next door on another property. Had this not been the case would have rated the Comfort Level and Surrounding neighborhood higher. The complementary breakfast was excellent, room was very clean, Internet was a issue that the staff solved. We left via private car that was arranged by the hotel and was excellent. As a business traveler, I use many different hotels in Dubai. As an American traveler, an excellent choice for the money.

“Nice place to rest and blow off steam.”

Plenty of restaraunts and friendly staff. About 10 -15 minutes from the International Airport. The Bar is more for the single unaccompanied male traveler. Live music is loud inside the Bar but barely audible on the upper floors. I had no trouble sleeping. Not really a place for families.

i enjoyed my stay the staff was helpful and the place was very nice i would not hesitate to stay there again.

They were kind enough to allow me to stay two more hours after check out time without being charged. That was great. Wait staff was engaging and had enjoying conversation while performing their work.

“Ok”

The Hotel over all was good. Just had a bit of a problem with the Bed bugs. My first night i couldnt sleep in my bed because of some bugs. The whole night some things were crawling on me and in the morning i had to request them to change my sheets and bedding. They did that. Breakfast was good. The Internet was expensive 100 AED (dirham) for 24 hours. They didnt had bottled water.. they served water in a flask which was filtered and when i asked for some water they charged me 5 AED for a bottle..... water should be complimentary, which is the case in most of the Hotels. My room was on the 6th floor, the view was nice but the only problem was that there was a resturant on the 7th floor. They played the music till 3 am and if u r an early sleeper then u should chose a room some where on the lower levels or away from the clubs and resturants. The Shisha place by the pool was not so impressive. Not enough space and they r pretty expensive. They charged me 50 AED for Shisha.... which is very expensive.

The transportation from and to the hotel from the airport were priced OK at 75D total, check in was smooth. Hotel lobby and rooms very nice, but the location was not in a very good area; taxi rides to get around were anywhere from $10 to $15. The buffet was meager with not very much variety. Wi-fi internet cost 5D per 30 minutes - should have been free. The Chinese restaurant on the 7th floor was excellent. The Arabic club was so smokey I couldn't stand to get past the front door. Room service was OK except I don't believe that they vacuumed the entire time I was there. Drinks in the bars were pricey of course; actually cheaper to drink from the mini bar. Some renovations were going on - hammering and hammer drill started at 7ish in the morning; not good for someone trying to relax on vaction and sleep in. Why couldn't they start at a decent hour like 9AM? All in all, next time I would spend more money to stay in a more convenient location.

“Recent Stay in Dubai”

For this Hotel to be a 4 Star Hotel it doesnt live up to it. The Hotel is old looking and Dingy the rooms are extra small and Old Decor this Hotel needs a major upgrade but I guess for the Money it is ok Contruction starts early so there will be lots of noise and the Shisha Bar on the Rooftop was very nice
