“Sheraton Deira is pretty cool!”

Sheraton Deira gives 5 star quality for a 4 star hotel. The staff remembers you! The only negative aspect is that EVERYTHING extra carries a charge!

The hotel was ideal for us very friendly staff and always very helpful. Taxis easy to use and the monorail is less than 10 minute walk. Nice and relaxing around te rooftop pool and thestaff very helpful. We will be going back again next year

“Sheraton Excellence in Deira Dubai”

I had read reports on Trip Advisor so we were expecting seamless service. This was proven correct. We had already secured an excellent room rate through Expedia for a 3rd floor Club Room. I asked for an upgrade to a prefered floor 4th floor Junior Suite for an excellent £84 extra for the 5 nights. The check in staff were very helpful couldnt fault the procedure. Nice room but caution, there is no price or stock list for the mini bar. The rooftop pool is a nice place to be and Jude the head barman deserves a special mention. His Chee - Chee happy hour cocktail is very moreish. A free breakfast is provided in the Club lounge as is free drinks and canapes between 6 and 8pm superb service and very good quality. The fish and chips in the Lindberg bar are outstanding. Deira is the original Dubai before all the skyscraper building started it is an area populated by workers from the Indian sub continent. Very safe and a good choice of shops all different its well worth an evening stroll. Would stay at the Deira Sheraton again without question. The cab ride to/from the airport is metered takes 10 minutes and costs $12/£8 so dont get stung for a limo.

The Sheraton Deira Hotel, Dubai, is well placed for ease of access to the international airport and to the local Metro station; additionally, there is no shortage of cheap (metered) taxi services and other public transport. There are ample shopping facilities for all tastes within 1000 yards. The Sheraton is an established and unpretentious hotel with a good cuisine, happy and helpful staff, and comfort at all levels. A big bonus is the rooftop pool (don't be put off by the proximity of the airport - its fun to watch). Do try the leisure suites they are top class. I stayed for 6 nights in Oct 10 and my visit was a pleasure from the moment I was met at the airport to moment I was driven back to catch my return flight to UK. The room rates are reasonable and, as with any hotel the "extras" will costs you but at the Sheraton you don't mind paying. Consierge Services are the best I have witnessed for many months as are the Gym and Pool Services and the reception staff are "top banana" ! I learned during my visit (by talking to the staff) that it is a happy hotel and that the staff are well trained. I will be going back.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was the first line of my positive thinking. The hotel was comfortable and except for the loud noise on the 2nd floor for the disco it was a pleasant experience. the food was excellent and all my guests who visited me were impressed with the meals and the charm of the dininf room. Keep your staff and reward them!

Wonderful vacation with our stay at the Sheraton one of the high points. Great service, facility, and friendly and responsive staff. The Sheraton more than exceeded our expectations. Central location made it easy to shop, go clubbing and relax on the beach.

It was money well spent, clean place with great service. Kinda over priced internet access, otherwise it is fantastic. The neighborhood is lively, but kinda busy with traffic all the time.

Very helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect and the only slight hiccup was a chap arriving to clear out the contents of the mini bar with a black bin bag. Not quite sure why they did that on my arrival, but everything else was perfect. Also recommend the roof top pool around 8.00 - 8.30am as it was deserted and great for some post breakfast exercise. Used the Hotel cars to get to Abu Dhabi and they were much better than taxis (although a little more expensive) with one of the drivers coming over to Abu Dhabi at 10.00pm to pick me up for the drive back to Dubai. Very happy guest who will be checking in again to the Sheraton on return visits to UAE
