“A Treat”

It was a lovely treat and the hotel is amazing in terms of services except that for room service breakfast, if you did not order a night before you will need to order early enough for you get service. Good hotel for a family retreat. Kids will love it. The indoor pool is amazing and close to the beach.

Great hotel very clean.ordered breakfast to our room and they said it was going to be 45-50 minutes but it came 1 and a half hours later.staff were nice and well mannered.Health club was very clean.overall I would rate it 9 out of ten.

“i definitely going back next year”

the hotel was more like an appartment than a hotel but was great place for staying. as i arraived i was welecomed greatly by staff. later i had a problem with the washing mechine but they fixed it right away. the place is very nice for kids as it is kids friendly place. the GBR was 500m walk from the hotel and the place is 2 min walk from general store. the sea is also 10min walk. the kitchen was fully equiped with what you need (microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washing mechine). only thing i dislike is the deposite i give them with my credit card and they did not refund as i left. i had to talk to my bank to get my money back. otherwise its recomended place.

The hotel staff where fab and looked after us well we got upgraded and ended up with a suite looking over palm it was wonderful

“Convenient Dubai apartment-hotel”

This hotel has the most amazingly huge suites - ours was 2 bedroom, full kitchen, lounge, 3 bathrooms- extra sofa-beds- great for two families! We chose it because it was within walking distance from the media centre - for a concert. Very convenient and easy. We also loved the funky restaurant downstairs. Nice gym and indoor /outdoor pools. Well priced and comfortable!

“EXCELLENT HOTEL, EXCELLENT LOCATION”

Hotel was much more than we ever expected, our 2bed apartment was massive! The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful at all times. Taxis always available outside. Only disapointing aspect was the pool...which is very nice, but very small and in the shade all day, which meant we had to go elsewhere everyday for sunbathing! Other thing is that it is a 'dry' hotel (aka no bar!)...this didnt bother me however it may be a dealbreaker for some people, there is no bar, or shops or hairdressers etc....Excellent hotel tho, would recommend it to anyone.

“Amazing place and hotel service great”

Beautiful, the apartments are huge and so comfy. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Location is great. Health club so relaxing and staffed well. Only down side was that we arrived at 6.30am in the morning and we did not get our apartment until 12.30pm. We did however enjoy the health club during this time.
