“Excellent Value For Money!!!”

Nice, clean hotel in the older part of Dubai (Bur Dubai). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they made our stay very pleasant. The apartments, though a little dated are very well kept and definately clean. The area is convenient and there are many eating, drinking and shopping options within walking distance. Definately would recomend these apartments as they are excellent value for money! Thanks to Rajesh and the staff! We will be visitng them again for sure!

The hotel is in an excellent location--with in walking distance of many of the attractions. It provides so much more than a hotel room with the full kitchen.

The kitchenette is well appointed and has pots and pans of good size. There are a good number of satellite channels and the DVD and the stereo are great. Good for short stay or long.

Great value apartment. Large, clean spacious with view of creek. Roof top pool and hot tub perfect for a cool-off dip. Staff helpful and friendly with tips for eating and outings. Easy walk to Bur Jumman mall, Textile Souk, Dubai Museum, Persian District, creek crossing to gold and spice market.Excellent location for seeing old and new city, beaches and quick 5 minute walk to the new subway.

the appartment we stayed in was very spacious and very clean, the staff were very polite and extremley helpful, the air conditioning broke down in our appartment and next to no time they changed our room.... would definatley recommend waterfront hotel 2 anybody....5* service.... cant wait 2 go back in easter...

“Great for the Price”

It was great! They cleaned and mopped the room (ceramic tile floor) everyday and even changed the sheets everyday too. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The Manager/Owner? even said that if I needed a late check out it was no problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The weight room was amazing and the roof top pool was very nice. With a full kitchen in the room it was nice to have a full line grocery store only a couple of blocks away and they even offered free delivery to the hotel. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay; this is it. I will absolutely be staying here again.

“Great quality, affordable price”

Affordable hotel, we saved quite a bit of money just preparing the food in the room (breakfast and some snacks in the evening). The kitchen was equipped with all necessities. There was a supermarket in 10 min walking distance. We will definitely stay in this hotel when next visit to Dubai

Though a bit far out from center, MiNC is a short taxi ride away from everything w/in Dubai. The place is well maintained, well worth the value and it is literally a home on the road. Spacious 'apartments' with enough room to host a party of your own! Have alredy recommended the place to many colleagues!
