Our family of 4 stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, and we discussed how nice and practical it would be as a home. Brand new, spacious, great layout, and the staff were lovely. I've already recommended it to friends!

“Xclusive Apartment "Everything you need"”

I read many reviews on Tripadvisor before booking "Xclusive Apt" and have to say Im well travelled all over Asia/ USA + this complex was great value! On arriving the reception does appear rather sml but the service was prompt and I was in the room within 10 mins of arrival. I booked a Kingsize 1 bed Apt and was surprised at the size + quality of decor. Open plan Kitchen-lounge/diner (40in LCD in lounge/Dvd player) + encl-cloakroom. Bedroom-Queensize bed ,32in LCD,En-suite (bath+O/shwr). Full maid service,towels changed + beds made everyday, 24hr reception desk. The rooftop pool is Aprx 8x4m(towels supplied) lrge enough,clean + temp controlled. The location is ideal 5 mins walk to Spinney's Supermkt, 10 mins to Burjuman Mall and about 20 mins to Jumeira Beach/Palm Island (Taxi ride). This was my 2nd visit to Dubai + I would recommend this venue to anyone (As good as a hotel) without the over-crowding. Spend your savings on going out or shopping its more enjoyable than paying over the odds for a hotel. Ideally suited to couples or families with older children as I feel children1-8 would need childrens activities that a larger hotel would supply.

“Best Value Hotel Apartment for Family of 4”

Hotel is very conveniently located with small grocery store across the street and large supermarket 2-block away There are Bank and McDonald inside this Spinneys supermarket. Deluxe-room is identical to Executive-room except Deluxe-room has 2 free bottled water, welcome fruit basket, free WiFi and 2-way airport shuttle.

“Extremely pleased”

We were very tired after a long flight during the night. The plane landed at 6.20 am and we were dreading having to wander around the town in that condition as the hotel check in time was to be 2 pm. However the reception staff were very helpful and asked us to wait a few minutes whilst they got our room ready. This meant we got our room at 8.30, much earlier than we had thought. That was a great relief! The apartment was immaculate, spacious, bright, clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, even carrying our luggage for us. They were always more than willing to be of help. The kitchen in the apartment was fully equipped with all modern appliances and good quality of dinnerware and cutlery. The only inconvenience was the lack of sufficient power points in the kitchen but that was not much of a problem. There is a well stocked supermarket across the road and plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

“A nice place to stay”

The Good: Great location on bur dubai, especially if you have a car. The hotel has its own parking for guests. Apartments were clean and spacious. Flat TV, washing machine, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms if you stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were polite and helpful, but somewhat unknowledgable if you enquire about different attractions and places in dubai. The bad: Lobby was too small, barely accomodates 4 people max. Most taxis don't know this hotel, so make sure you get a card from reception which has a map of the location. Overall, this is a good option for those who want to save, I would definitely go back.

“Lovely hotel”

We thought the apartment was lovely. Very spacious, and clean. There was a small supermarket accross the road which was very useful, as you don't want to walk far with heavy bags in the heat. The staff were helpful and friendly. We booked several expiditions through the hotel. We were very pleased with them.

“Xclusive”

Great hotel, really helpful staff. Shop opposite good for water and soft drinks. Go five mins down the road to Spinneys to get supermarket quality stuff. Go to Aquaventure! Awesome! Paid for Emirates flights as they were the quickest. Not impressed with the service, but great planes. If Emirates sorted out their rude and blatantly 'non interested' staff then they'd be awesome. You can buy the best planes and invest in the most amazing entertainment system but if the staff are rude and dismissive then the extra cost doesn't seem worth it. Try fly Virgin, they are the best.
