Had a wonderfull stay. Great location, bus from airport drops you at the door and other buses from town close buy. Hotel and staff were great!!

“Fantastic Hotel and Location!”
All the staff was very helpful. The upgrade rates were very cheap and the rooms were very nice. The bus stop to take you to the middle of the city is right outside the hotel and is only about a 10-15 minute bus ride. The only thing that could have been better was fluffier pillows, they were a little flat!
“Not a nice hotel”
This place is outdated, the service isn't good. The power kept going out on our floor, we were told to get our own ice and glasses from downstairs, the room was filthy, so we paid for the upgrade at the front desk...it wasn't as bad, but wasn't worth the price. I recommend paying more in the beginning and getting a hotel closer to the city center.

The staff of the hotel and of the dining room, lounge,etc were most accomodating and pleasant. We were welcomed as cherished guests. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Close enough to walk to most of the major attractions. Staff was friendly. Would definitely book here again. Only downfall was the Internet connection wouldn't work in the room, needed to go into the lobby. Good price, good stay.

This hotel in Dublin is just a block from the American Embassy, in a leafy neighborhood of Dublin. On bus lines, pubs & cafes within walking distance - and the Aircoach bus from the Dublin Airport(14euro round trip) stops right in front! Hotel is a bit threadbare in places, but it is clean, rooms are a good size and the price is RIGHT! Location is great!

The hotel itself was neat and clean, but the bathroom in the room left much to be desired; the tub and tile was very moldy. We ate at the restaurant a couple times, and the second time, the service was HORRENDOUS! We sat there for an hour+ before anyone even acknowledged us! By the time the waiter came, we just gave him our whole order--dessert included--to save time. They were shorthanded, but I don't think that's an excuse. Call people in! We asked the front desk 3 times for an internet cable before we got one. When we checked out, they charged my mom (who had already prepaid) for another person's room. My mom questioned it, but the woman insisted on the charge. My mother gave her room number twice, and the woman STILL entered it incorrectly! I had to show another employee the prepaid reservation on my laptop for the mistake to be fixed.
