B&B in Dublin near airportPosted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Good price even with needing taxi to airport, tea available any time, front door always locked, bus stop at front door, décor good, bed OK
Cons: wash/replace torn sheer curtains, replace missing curtain hook, remove mold on inside shower stall doorframe, replace cracked sink/stained caulking
Location: shopping and meals about a 10 minute walk away, not much in the area, need transportation to attractions
-- a great large pre-ordered breakfast at time desired, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, gave helpful info and phoned taxi. Owner could show more interest in guests other than just answering questions (this may be a general Dublin trait). His helper was friendly.

Amazing B & B!Posted Aug 20, 2014
I stayed at Bellgrove for 5 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul and Gussie were so hospitable and welcoming- helping with directions, making sure I had change for the bus, calling taxis, making a delicious breakfast, or just being friendly and delightful hosts. It's not downtown, but it is directly on the bus line and €2.60 will get you to the heart of the city in a few minutes. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are private so there's no bathroom sharing with strangers. Absolutely wonderful!

Good location, perfect hostPosted Jun 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
We chose the Bellgrove for its location, convenient to the bus into the city. Our host was most helpful in directing us to the transportation, directing us to a dinner location, and providing great directions to the airport for our very early departure.

Lovely host at with a bus stop out front.Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Location and layout.
Location: There were some lovely restaurants in walking distance from our B&B and the bus stop out front made travelling into the city centre very easy.
Enjoyed a couple of days at our B&B with a very helpful and friendly host. Our hosts knowledge of local restaurants and tourist attractions was very helpful and made our sightseeing so much easier without any stress.

Great little Bed & BreakfastPosted May 30, 2014
Pros: This Bed & Breakfast is located just outside of Dublin. There is a bus right in front of the house that takes you downtown in about 10 minutes.
Cons: The owner doesn't take credit cards so be prepared with cash.
We stayed here on May 8, the last night of our vacation. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Our breakfast was excellent. We stayed here because it was easy to get to downtown Dublin on the bus and a fairly quick cab ride to the airport to catch our morning flight.
