“Brook Hotel Dublin”

Hotel was lovely and in a great location. The staff were more than helpful too. It was easy to walk to all the major tourist attractions from here. We even took advantage of the Sauna downstairs one evening which is included in the price of the room (great for tired legs but you do need to give the staff 30 mins to switch it on for you). We didn't have the breakfast offered (seemed pricey to us per person), instead making tea with the facilities in the room and buying croissants for the morning. The Residents Lounge downstairs has all the daily papers and 2 computers for use by guests. Rooms did get warm (but it was a heatwave!) and the air conditioning was a little loud if left on while trying to sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

“A Nice Hotel slightly off the beaten path”

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not included in our deal and the price was a little high for what was offered. The safe was not available due to maintenance. The hotel also had a converter for our US appliances, but the hotel could not hold very high voltage (probably typical). The location kept most of the street noise away and was still close enough to everything to be in a good location.

“Elegance in the heart of the city”

The Brooks is right where you want to be in the heart of Dublin. Easy access to everything. One caveat: Do not drive there! The roads are a confusing, irrational system of one-ways that can have you going miles out of your way just to get where you want to go. Take a taxi! The rooms are lovely, the business center is more like an elegant living room, the bar is small but friendly and the restaurant terrific. The concierge will help you find restaurants and shops and tourist sites within walking or cab distance. There can be some late-night reveling, but the hotel is a block away from the main bars and clubs. Great hotel.

“Very convenient, very comfortable.”

Lovely, well-appointed rooms, friendly staff and within easy walking distance of most of Dublin's shops & sights. Highly recommended.

“Loved this Dublin hotel”

We stayed here for six nights. The room was lovely - very comfortable bed, lots of nice little details, e.g. teamaking equipment with real cups. The staff was out of this world -- always helpful -- with a great concierge. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (a little pricey in comparison with nearby cafes) but we ate at the bar twice and in the restaurant once. Both of these were comparable to restaurant prices elsewhere and the food and the service were very good. The location is fantastic -- surrounded by shops and restaurants and very close to Trinity College, the main shopping district, Temple Bar and most of the museums. Just a great place to stay, and we would love to go back.

“Great hotel, great location, great people”

My sister and I stayed at the Brooks Hotel from 8/7-8/16. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so nice. The hotel was two blocks from Grafton Street, and walking distance to everything else. The hotel had so many amenities, from the free computers/internet downstairs to the front desk staff who were willing to help with anything you asked. The rooms were extremely clean. And every day, around 6pm, Candy Maid came. I recommend being in the room when she comes, because if you are not there, you only get one piece of candy. But if you are there, she lets you take more than one!

“Excellent hotel”

This was one of the most highly rated hotels in the central part of Dublin, and it lived up to its expectations. Great location, very friendly staff, clean, has a small gym, good internet, quait reading room on lower level. Will definitely stay there again.

Brooks hotel was a VERY nice hotel, middle of the road pricing and the rooms were spacious, clean & comortable. The loation was within walking distance to Temple District restaraunts, shopping, pubs, etc... the staff was knowledgeable, polite and willing to assist. The gym was small but met exercise needs. I would definitely stay there again.

“Exceeded expectations”

Our recent stay at Brooks Hotel in Dublin was above our expectations. The location is great for walking, no cabs needed and the staff could not have been greater. We were treated like friends and they quickly answered any questions and offered suggestions to improve our stay in Dublin. We highly recommend this hotel. Also the pillows that we could request were wonderful!
