“More than happy with this hotel, would definately re-book when next in Dublin, fab location too....”

This proved to be a great choice, the hotel was only 2 minutes walk from the heart of the city and yet was very quiet. The staff were very very courteous and the breakfast had everything you could need(and plenty of it!!)

“Very pleased”

Booked this hotel on a recommendation from an Irish friend. Particularly pleased with the position which is just opposite Gate Theatre, close to LUAS trams and Tourist Office and the starting point for tours.Nearby restaurants and bars good. Room was a little cramped because it had two beds but generally was very pleased with value for money in a city which is becoming almost prohibitively expensive for British tourists as a result of the Pound /Euro. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

“The best aspect of Cassidy's is their friendly and knowledgeable staff”

What a GREAT first trip to Dublin! We were greeted promptly upon our arrival by a friendly and competent staff at Cassidy's... once settled in our room, we were able to grab a quick bite to eat from the restaurant before sleeping off our jet-lag... Our room was comfortable and clean, and was always a comfortable cozy warm to come back to after exploring the winter streets of Dublin. The best aspect of Cassidy's is their friendly and knowledgeable staff... they took care of us every step of the way! Will DEFINITELY recommend AND return to Cassidy's on our next trip to Dublin! Cheers!

“Perfect for Dublin”

We loved the location of the Cassidys Hotel. It was convenient to all of Dublin's attractions and cultural events, without being overly busy. The rooms were large by European standards with updated bathrooms. Even though we had a room on the 2nd floor, noise was never a problem.

“Great hotel, great location and very good rate!”

The hotel was just great! It is in the main street of Dublin, close to everything and the shuttle from airport drop you one street away from the hotel. The staff is so friendly and nice. The room was so clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was also great! The only thing is that if you need to travel early in the morning be careful when you wait for the airport shuttle, since there are many bars around, there are many drinkers outside in the very early morning (3-4 am) and if you are woman traveling alone could be a little bit scary. Even though police is around.

“Great Price and Location”

The hotel was extremely helpful when dealing with the Volcano situation that kept us in Dublin a day longer than we expected. The hotel itself was clean, located on a great street and a great price. It was close to the bus stops and not far from the Temple Bar area and major attractions. I would skip the the paid breakfast unless it is included in your room, it wasn't worth the 9 or 12 Euro (I don't remember) that it costs.

“I'll be back!”

I booked the hotel after managing to secure tickets to my favourite comedy act who was playing in Dublin. The hotel staff were very friendly, holding our bags until our room was ready so that we could explore the city. It is within 5 minutes walk of the main shopping area of the ciry, and just 15 minutes walk to the main nightlife area. Be warned though, it is VERY expensive to drink in Dublin!

“Great hotel, excellent service and good location - close to everything”

The hotel is in a good location, close to a lot of facilities located on one of the main streets in central Dublin. It's close to supermarkets, places to eat and public transport. The airport express bus stop and the tour buses as well as the tourist info centre are less than 5 mins walk from this hotel so you can walk with your luggate quite easily to the hotel etc... The reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and security were all polite, friendly and helpful. We needed spare towels and the staff delivered this in less than 5 mins along with additional products. They also allowed us to checkin early and store luggage which was excellent. The double room was spacious, clean, comfortable and fairly modern. The only negative things to mention were 1) that the toilets near reception/restaurant were a bit filthy and 2) the location of our room in the executive wing requires you to walk along windy corriders and up stairs etc.. to get there but the quietness and other positives make it worth it.
