Autumn Visit

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Cassidy"s is an older hotel but the room was large, clean, and comfortable. Our room was next door to one of the common guest areas that has free wifi so we were able to have it in our room. The location was very convenient for walking to Temple Bar, Christchurch, Brazenhead, Connelly At. and taxis amd buses.

Excellent value for money.

We were pleasurably surprised on arrival at Cassidy's Hotel. The situation is perfect for walking around the city and using public transport including the airport coach. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way. The food was better than what we have had in similarly priced hotels. We will certainly be booking there when we next visit Dublin. Thank you, Mary (Wykes.)

Nice hotel in heart of city center lDublin; comfortable nice rooms/beds; friendly staff; odd way to reach their "executive rooms." Would stay at this hotel again.

Overall ok, close to town Center.

Pros: Location and hotel staff
Cons: Price, some old noisy wooden floors. Also WiFi Internet, although free, was not covering my room
Location: Dublin center. Within 20 mins, everything needed for nightlife, including Templar Bar area
Very happy about the fact that I performed my checkin 2 hours ahead of the actual time. Overall happy with the stay, rooms were clean, comfortable, staff was very polite and helpful, but price could be a bit lower...

Hotel experience

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: They should replace the mattresses and improve the quality of the food offerings at the Bistro.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance of Temple Bar and many of the other attractions in the city centre.
The hotel is ideally situated near the downtown of Dublin. The room was spacious by European standards but the bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was very soft. The food at the Bistro was disappointing.

Truly the best hotel I've been to yet, so clean and comfortable, no noise or creaky floorboards absolutely perfect, it made our holiday.

Odd hotel layout and typical downtown parking, but very friendly, clean, comfortable place.
