Very nice area, perfect location. Great breakfast.
The property is rather new, and the rooms are comfortable
It is recommended if you need to stay in this area.
Enjoyed a 2 night stay in a room overlooking the Liffey. The hotel is really nice, modern, clean and comfortable. Room service was really good. Staff are friendly. Would recommend.
Customer service was just great from the moment we arrived til we left couldn’t say anything only the best I will be back and tell all my friends how could ye are well done 👏
Stayed here while attending a concert in the Three Arena. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The room was very well laid out with everything you'd need without being large.
The bar area was large and comfortable with very knowledgeable bar staff.
The pool area was clean and the gym was a good size.
We purchased the breakfast as we'd booked room only. It was well worth it as there was a great selection of breakfast options for whatever someone might want.
Overall a fantastic stay and it'll be my first hotel check if I'm planning on staying in the vicinity again.
One of the best places I’ve stayed. I booked for a birthday surprise and they were very helpful when I asked about room decorations.

We had a good one night stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good…. More fruit would be good. The hot food was very good.
Our only main complaint was the temperature of the breakfast room….. it was freezing and not comfortable because of this. And this is January when heating should be on!
Very friendly staff and extremely quiet and peaceful location. Dublin Express bus stop is right outside the hotel and takes you right to and from the airport. Many major city attractions are walkable. We did not use a car the entire stay.
Hotel is next to a construction site and highway. Walls are made of toilet paper. You can hear everything. Noisy hotel, no sound proofing, felt cheap. Staff kind, but after a few days of basically sleeping in the middle of a highway - never again.
Rules and regulations are more important to this hotel than customer satisfaction and experience. Stay in one of the many other friendly hotels which is more in keeping with the Irish hospitality
We booked the hotel as it is a convenient distance from the 3arena where we had a concert. Very happy with our experience staying here and would book The Spencer again if visiting Dublin.
Stayed here for one night because we were going to a concert in the 3 Arena. Perfect location to walk into Dublin City centre and to the concert venue. Staff are all really friendly and helpful, lovely hotel. Only complaint was the alarm clock in the room had been set (not by us) to go off at 6am!! Lovely toiletries in the bathroom from Rituals. I would definitely stay here again

My first room was on the 7th floor. Unfortunately there was an air con unit above me which disturbed my sleep. I asked to be moved and told that they were full but they could accommodate me in a room on the 1st floor.
This was a much smaller room and at around 6:30 to 7am building work beside the hotel woke me up. I asked again for a better room and on my return they gave me a room at the front of the hotel on the second floor. The problem with this room was that the double glazing was ineffective and the traffic noise was constant until the early hours. BUT it then started up at around 5:30 am. Very disappointed with this hotel and I would not stay there again unless I was given a quiet room.
Our stay was a fantastic stay, as we went to a concert and the hotel was in a perfect location...

Noisy hotel. Wouldn’t stay again.
Upon check in, we were given an “upgrade” to a junior suite. The room was adjacent to a building site and we were woken at 7:30. Also, the balcony door was not tight. It was noisy and let in the cold. Had to keep the curtains closed so workmen on building site couldn’t look in.

Great central location. Friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Bar and restaurant were excellent.

The location was excellent - right in the heart of the city, a short walk from the EPIC museum, Busaras bus station and Connolly train station. The Dublin Express to the airport goes from the bus stop right next to the hotel.
I really enjoyed using the gym at the hotel. It was a very good facility.

Great overnight stay, only issue was the bed was hard as a rock and no pillow choice (Only hard).

very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport by bus. safe neighbourhood. lots of good restaurants in the area.
