“Great Hotel!”

This was a great place! About 15 Minutes to City Center on the Bus (Dublin Bus #130) which stops less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the decor was perfect

“The Wow Factor!”

If you're headed to Ireland and plan to stay in Dublin, you MUST stay at the Clontarf Castle. The Castle is beautiful, the people are friendly and helpful, and the ambiance is ROMANTIC. The Castle was business-friendly as well, and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone.

“Great place to stay”

Just returned after 2 night stay and everything was first class.Beds very comfortable, new showers throughout. They spent millions remodeling and it shows. The bar and food was excellant.Quite easy to catch bus into city center as it is impossable to drive into Dublin for 1 and a half Euro and it runs every 15 minutes.

“Would Definitely Stay Here Again!”

The Clontarf is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel lobby was warm and inviting, there was a fire in the large fireplace as you walked in. The room was clean and the decor very contemporary. Our only complaint were the pillows...hard as a rock! But that seems to be the way pillows were at all of the places we stayed at during our visit. The Clontarf was our "home base" while we traveled and visited other areas. We would definitely come back and stay here again! And we highly recommend this hotel!

“A wonderful honeymoon”

The stay was very nice: the room was clean, the bed was wonderful, the concierge/staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The only problem was an unexpected phone charge. We used a phone card from our room, but were still charged 100 euros when we left. It was also easy to get to the busstop (5 minute walk), and then a 10 minute ride into Dublin.
