Great Hotel, specially for RDS eventsPosted Nov 6, 2013
My first visit to Ireland. Chose it based on others reviews and didn't regret it :). The staff is really friendly, everything there is so cozy :) Room cleaning is really good. everything is in good shape. They do not put a fridge in your room by default, you can ask for one and they won't charge you. Last thing, it's in Ballsbridge which is 5 min walk to the RDS (if you are going for a summit or something). If you're heading to City Center, you can take the bus (#4 or #7) will charge you for 1.65 euros :)

Nice hotel within walking distance of city centre.Posted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Location, standard of rooms, friendliness and efficiency of staff and lovely breakfasts.
Location: Central for most things, close by to O2 Arena, Aviva Stadium for rugby/musical events and to city centre. Plenty of bars restaurants and cafes close
This our second stay at this hotel, both occasions related to music events at the O2. First in July this year with friends, Michael Buble and lately, October with our son and daughter for JayZ. On both occasions we've been very impressed with how well situated the hotel is for attending the events and close by to city centre.

Nice hotel outside of townPosted Sep 18, 2013
Location: Bout a 12 euro taxi ride or a 2 Europe bu ride In the taxi it took ten minutes.
It was a lovely hotel. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel itself was clean just the rooms are needing bait of talc. The dealing had cracks in. About 30 cm long and the wall paper was coming off. Hower the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The reception and communal areas are very grand. We enjoyed a cocktail when returning from our nights out.

Clyde Court Hotel is conveniently located in the Ballsbridge area of Dublin. The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant and lounge.

Clyde CourtPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed in the Clyde Court for one night at room only basis. I was in Dublin with my mum going to see a show and do some shopping. The hotel is very accessible, had parking at a rate of €10.50 which included Fri evening, overnight and all day Sat. We got a short taxi ride to the bord gais energy theatre and could walk into town for shopping the next day. Bus stop across the road. Really friendly helpful staff at reception. Room spotless and bright. We didn't eat there. I would definitely recommend it and I would return.

Great, but a few niggles.Posted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very enjoyable stay.Beautiful room, but do the tour buses outside have to leave the engines running while loading up for departure at 7a.m.?Had dinner in the restaurant and found some of the descriptions on the menu did not match with what was put on the plate,e.g.a ginger flavoured sauce which would be more at home in an oriental restaurant is not a "red wine jus", which was promised.A much anticipated "mini chocolate gateaux" with ganache disappointed by being a mere chocolate muffin with a chocolate sauce over it.Otherwise the food was a good standard.Thirdly, the smoking area is too near the bar and as food is going in to it ,the door is open most of the time and the bar smells of smoke in that area. A lovely hotel but room for improvement in some things in my opinion.Nice staff, particularly on reception.

very nice neighborhood but fair distance from cityPosted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was nice. We stayed here in two rooms at the start and end of our time in Dublin. At end of trip one room was a jr. suite, nice but furniture seemed worn/scratched. Second room, a double, that smelled of cigarette smoke and the a/c did not work.

Clyde Court HotelPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would have been better if WiFi was included.
Cons: The front desk was understaffed, no concierge to help with directions etc and no porters. The parking was also in very short supply and expensive.
Location: Fabulous, located in Ballsbridge so restaurants and bars were a short walk
The hotel is very large and had only 1 person on the front desk. There was no concierge or porter and very little parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. WiFi was also expensive and should have been included in the room rate which was much higher than a nearby more modern hotel
