The Dylan is the BEST!!!!Posted Oct 19, 2013
The hotel itself is Magical! The Staff is amazing! I wouldn't stay anywhere but the Dylan. And obviously I would recommend it to everyone.

Simply amazingPosted Sep 17, 2013
Dylan hotel has surpassed all our expectations. Pictures are beautiful to look at, but to experience it, is another story. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, stylish and super comfortable. Location is perfect. 5-10 min drive from city or about 15 min walk to st Stephens park and the popular grafton street.

Not luxuryPosted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Checking out
Cons: The smell of sewage
My initial impression of the room was small and that it was in need to a revamp. The headboard was damaged, furniture damaged and the carpet frayed at the edges. It was well below the standard of any other 5 star rated hotel I've stayed in before. The room was defined as "luxury" yet it was poky and there was barely room to walk passed each other. There was nowhere for the suitcase except inside the wardrobe - so shoes had to be stored in a corner to avoid falling over them. The bathroom was also small, although the shower was a decent size. By far the most shocking was the smell of sewage which kept wafting into the room. We paid over £250 per night ( no breakfast included) to Expedia for the room yet inside the wardrobe the room price was stated as being under 200 Euros. I could go on - but baasically be wary of hotel with no views for 2013 - I wish I had noticed that!!

Quiet boutique hotel close to city centrePosted Jul 23, 2013
Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Although they advertise as having a fitness room, it is not part of the hotel and only has 3 machines and a couple of weights.

Pros: Comfort.......everything was modern and functional
Cons: No public parking nearby
Location: Quiet ,out the main centre, prefer this than in the tourist area.
Stayed 2 nights, had a great time ,room superb, staff helpful and friendly. Good location, quiet area but walking distance to graft on st and temple bar. Ate and drank at the bar, food and beveridges where excellent and affordable,Didnt try the restaurant,as we referred to stay in casual attire Highly recommend this hotel......worth the money.

Luxury!Posted May 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was certainly one of the best hotel experiences of my life. When I entered my room, an iPod was playing. There were robes laid out on the bed, and a large carafe of water and glasses on the desk. I felt totally welcomed and pampered by the Dylan. The location couldn't be called the city center, but it was a nice, safe-feeling location, with some shops & pubs within easy walking distance. City center was a short cab ride away, and the airport also was not that far via cab.

One of the Best!Posted Mar 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Loved this hotel. The extras like replacing the complementary water & heated tiled bathroom floors made this one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The concierge was great! We only ate at the restaurant once for breakfast but it was very good. We had a late light dinner in the bar a couple of times, which we enjoyed. The covered outside area was heated & comfortable. It is quiet & set off from the main attractions a bit. We were still able to easily walk to where we wanted. Taxis are also readily available, which we used a few times when we were tired and cold.
