Traveling Ireland with 90 year old mom, staying at B&B's. This was definitely one of the best ones! Very convenient, comfortable and friendly.

Perfect in every wayPosted Jul 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
My husband and I were in Scotland for 2 weeks visiting his family and decided to spend our last night in Dublin. This place was so nice. The pictures on the website are out of date. This place looked so modern and was really homie. The lady who owns the places was very nice and extremely helpful. My husband and I got in around 4pm and were just looking to see downtown Dublin. The bus stop was literally right out front of this places. It was so easy to get to and from the airport and down town. I would stay at this place again if I ever came to Dublin.

Last night in IrelandPosted Jul 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were looking for a B&B convenient to the airport for our departure the next morning and this was perfect for that. The hosts were very nice and we almost felt like part of the family. They had lots of advice for things to do. The only negative was no bath soap or shampoo inthe bathroom. We usually use our own anyway, but every other place had something available. Also, there was a neighborhood dog who barked late into the night, making it hard to fall asleep with the windows open.

Fantastic breakfast, beautiful roomPosted Jun 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
I loved that tea (and a great variety of flavors, at that!), cereal, and yogurt was readily available, and Tom cooks up a delicious Irish breakfast to make the stay even better. The top floor room was excellent with skylights and a large bed, although leaving the windows open brought in some morning- and evening-bird noises that got a bit loud at times (maybe those birds were twitter-pated). Easy bus ride to the Dublin city centre. Would definitely stay there again for that top floor room; not sure about all the other rooms.

One night stayPosted Apr 28, 2014
Location: Nearby bus stop will get you to the heart of the action in Dublin in under the minutes. There are a few local pubs nearby, none highly rated.
This was well situated to the Dublin airport. The innkeeper was very helpful. We left very early before the note breakfast but were able to make do with the "cold breakfast" items left available in the dining room, although the bread selection could have been better (we had been spoiled with homemade brown breads earlier in our Irish trip.)

Great location, very friendly and helpful ownersPosted Apr 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Flyover is a 15 min direct bus ride from the airport. You can catch a number of regular buses right out front that will bring you to O'Connell street in 15 minutes. The B&B had a very "home" feel and the owners were very friendly and the Irish breakfast included with the stay was amazing. Free coffee and tea offered at all hours. The owner scheduled a taxi for an early pickup for a tour (no buses running that early) and also was able to answer any questions I had about the city. The only slight issue I had was that the wifi speed is a little less than desireable, i only really noticed it when I had to access my work VPN out of the blue, otherwise it was fine to surf for landmarks, etc around the city. I will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent B & B.Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Warm, friendly atmosphere, excellent food. Its proximity to the airport and Dublin were a bonus.
Location: Excellent location close to Dublin. Buses running into airport and Dublin every few minutes. Hotel on the bus route.
Tom & Sally Ann gave us a warm welcome and were more than helpful at all times. Breakfast was lovely and an abundant choice of teas, coffees etc. available to us at any time on a serve yourself basis. The local buses ran very frequently virtually outside the door to and from the airport and to and from Dublin.

TRES CONVIVIALPosted Apr 11, 2014 on Hotels.com

A lovely place to stayPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: The B&B was comfortable and the owners very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious!
Location: A good bus service into town and to the airport.
We stayed here for two nights while visiting Dublin for a short trip. The B&B was very conveniently positioned between Dublin airport and the town centre. There are bus stops just outside and it is easy to get to town or the airport (N.B. coins only on the buses!)
