Beautiful HotelPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: The food is amazing. The staff is friendly and super helpful. A wonderful place for families.
We had a lovely time. Only downside was that the pool was closed for one day and the hot tub was closed all week! That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. But other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful.

Four Seasons high standardPosted Jul 15, 2014
We stayed with our teenage daughter in a large room with a very comfortable King-size bed and a smaller rollaway bed. The bathroom was large with a separate shower. The cookie and haribo plate left for children is a nice touch (even though our daughter was a bit old for this!). Staff were very pleasant. This hotel is a little out of the city centre but taxis are plentiful. Overall experience was exactly as one expects from a Four Seasons hotel.

Comfortable but disappointing.Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: Attitude of receptionist who assumed I would fib about what I had been told re internet availability.
Location: A bit of a hassle to get in and out of town. Shame they don't routinely tell all guests that there are other options.
Lovely building, super room, on the whole very nice staff but one staff member let this down. Very poor communication. No comprehensive guide to the hotel in our room and we were told on day five of our six night stay that there was a complimentary car service, subject to availability (not available day five or day six).. Pool out of action the one day I had free (Monday), and jacuzzi being repaired the whole week we were there (was offered one half price spa treatment to try to make make amends). Very disappointing. Internet patchy, was told by Internet expert who tried to sort it out that two devices could be used free per room. When not even one working I contacted reception to ask why could not use two devices was told only one device per room was allowed. I questioned this, explaining what I had been told, only to have it made clear that the receptionist thought I was fibbing about what I had been told. Honestly, if we can stay at a four seasons with family for for a week we really don't need to fib about things like that. Not impressed, soured the stay to be treated like that. A shame, had looked forward to this stay very much.

Trip to World Flower Show in DublinPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The hotel was very well run, a beautiful building and nice quiet location a bit outside of the noise of downtown.
Location: We could walk to some very nice restaurants, on Merrion Road and in Donnybrook as well (that is a longer walk, maybe 20 minutes).
We stayed in Dublin for a week, attended the World Flower Show at RDS and then toured the country for the remainder of our stay. Had a great visit, our first one in Ireland. A beautiful country, an awesome hotel, great food, friendly people.

Fabulous hotel with excellent staff.Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: The service from the staff. The portuguese gentleman at the bar and the bellhops are worthy of a special mention.
Cons: The noise from a special function was extremely loud in our room.
Location: The hotel is far enough from the city centre to feel that bit more peaceful. It's not far in a taxi or driving into town for all the attractions.
We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it so much we would have extended our stay had we not had work commitments. The hotel was busy when we stayed due to a big event in Dublin, the bar staff were very competent in dealing with the extra customers and were only too happy to have a chat or recommend a drink. We used room service a couple of times and I have to say the food was of the best quality I have ever experienced from room service in any 5 star hotel I've stayed in worldwide. I can't fault any of the staff, they all had wonderful attitudes and would go out of their way to help in any way. The room itself was lovely, very spacious. We did have a suite so I'm commenting based on that. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use any of the spa or leisure facilities. It was a breath of fresh air staying at this hotel and should we return to Dublin will definitely stay here again.

Way better than the St. Vincent...................Posted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: Everything, they followed my daughter on twitter, she felt like a rock star. They just made everything great.
Cons: Nothing, we were completely satisfied. We even tried to find something to write here, we couldn't.
Location: We took transportation to all sights, I don't think there were a lot of local (on foot) attractions.
We were very welcomed and had a great stay. We stayed for four days and don't have even the slightest complant. The staff, fantastic, polite , well trained in their jobs. The food excellent. Clean , great service. Everything was wonderful. Thanks again,
